If I could I would give 0 stars. The owner does literally nothing to maintain the apartments. The rooms smell bad. Furniture and other utilities are in an unacceptable bad condition. Everything is sticky and dirty. Drains are clogged and smelling very bad. Cockroaches. Slow wifi. I asked to replace the dirty - full of feces toilet seat. I asked for another mattress, because you sleep on metal springs. They promised to replace. But even after multiple asking they didn’t care and nothing has been done. The apartments are way too overpriced and if you’re a tourist and from another country they will try to get as much money from you as possible and randomly try increasing the rent. I moved out after only 3 months. The worst part, they didn’t return the one month deposit and kept ALL of my money „for cleaning“ and for a „missing remote control“ which has never been there. Ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
