Positive:
Location, Room size, wifi speed, big balcony, free toiletries, fast elevator, microwave works, water boiler works, fridge works, free towels, toilet works, many restaurants nearby and a nice cleaning lady.
Negative:
Balcony door does not lock. Staff came to check it and said they can not do anything about it and told me there are no criminals and we dont need to worry at night if it is not locked and we can leave the valuables in the room even if the balcony door is open and the neighbours could easily just jump over the balcony. Nothing happened luckily and we were happy.
There was bird poop in the balcony, but the cleaning lady was nice and cleaned it.
There was no sea view and no sun chairs as in the photos. The staff said they cant do nothing about it. But the cleaning lady clean the bird poop and I just sun tanned then on the balcony without the sun chair and it was also nice.
Sofa was a bit broken, dishes were very dirty and the toilet smelled very bad.
The water in the shower was not hot, only warm.

Klassz helyen, a kikötő közelében, az étterem sor elején van a hotel. Közel a tengerpart is, és a városközpont is.
A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Ár értek arányban számomra teljesen elfogadható.

Suite a mon départ de cet hôtel , j'ai découvert plusieurs piqûres de punaise de lit.mon précédent avis mentionnant des cafards se sont révélés être des punaises de lits...j'espère que l'établissement fera le nécessaire pour éradiquer ces nuisibles pour garantir le meilleur accueil aux futures hôtes.

В целом это апартаменты. Место отличное. Бассейна нет. Кухни нет, дают талончики для завтрака в кафе. Уборка каждый день. По русский не говорят. Вид с окна просто шикарный.магазины и кафе все рядом.

Polecam. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, niedaleko przystanku autobusowego i praktycznie w samym centrum Larnaki. Mieliśmy okna z widokiem na morze - warto dopłacić, widok genialny.

Küche, Küchenutensilien sehr spärlich und alt. Ich hätte dort nicht kochen wollen.
Im Bad hing das Silikon an der Badeduschwanne heraus, Fugen und Dichtung der Abtrennung waren schwarz und unhygienisch.
Schlafzimmer und Betten waren gut.
Die Lage ist an der Promenade, zentral aber auch laut.
