I’m not presently happy with this property as my credit card was billed twice for the same amount and they’ve not processed the transaction yet so I’ve got a considerable amount of money being held for a transaction that should only have been run once.

I was disappointed to not have coffee or the continental breakfast they once offered!! I was denied my Pomchi and I explained she was a service dog everything was fine!! In the morning when I returned my key the office apologized and I appreciated that !! I have a wonderful 2 days in Tiburon.

Unfortunately, the room had mold either in carpets or in windows...I'm veryy allergic to mold and could smell musty odor as soon as i opened the door...and had an allergic reaction within an hour of being in room.

I liked nothing except the bed. Bad directions, on top of a very freeway. The bed was good. This place is adequate for a night. Whatever I paid was okay, I guess. The whole place is a typical old motel with updates that had no thought for anything. I rarely get hooked on these kinds of places and I was sorry I rented there.

Mediocre at best. You get what you pay for—bare bones small little room, filthy rug and dirty bathroom, bugs flying around inside of the ceiling light fixture. Garbage from previous occupant left on the floor. The young man at the desk was pleasant—but this is a very old, not-kept-up, property that I’d avoid.
Also to their detriment, no coffee in the room.

For the price, you don't get much. The room was relatively clean, but there are NO frills other than a fridge and microwave. No literature in the room (no idea how to use the two tv remotes), no food, feels like a kind of unsafe neighborhood (clerk stays behind a bullet proof window), no place to put your luggage, tiny bathroom.
