Excellent personnel , service and food

Very good hotel for families. There are activities for all family, but not noisy and not annoying if we compare to Turkey. Clean and comfort room, very friendly and helpfull staff. One thing only what we didn’t like- there are not restrictions for smoking people around the pool or in the restaurant (and they smoke close to their own children). I’ve seem comment from 3 years ago with same comments, it seems this doesn’t change, sadly :( Hope managers will consider this.

it's honestly the best hotel for your holiday. everything is top - from room, services, beach to meals. sea is mostly without waves (so you see the bottom) and has gratual entry (so it's kids friendly), stuff is doing everything for your comfort and to satisfy your needs. and the minidisco/miniclub/animators are really the best ones (you rock Julianna)! I am here for the third time and looking forward to come again and again.

We were a party of five women who drove about 8 hrs to get to this place. We found this resort by accident and decided to take a chance. Our stay started with a major hiccup during check in. We had arrived just before two buses full of vacationers and handedin our passports to a young woman at the reception. What followed wasn’t ok. The people at reception started checkin in every single person from those two buses except us. We approached them several times to point out we were first in line. It did not matter. The lady we handed out passports to was rude and wouldn’t even talk to us. It was frustrating because we were losing time we could have used to unload and go to the beach. So this was unpleasant and frustrating. Finally, we made it to our rooms. Rooms were clean and small. Bathroom even smaller. The balcony was sufficient and clean. The AC in rooms doesnt go below a certain temperature but it’s adequate. Now onto the best parts: The beach is amazing. Clean sea and comfortable loungers. We never had problems getting spots for the day. You get a towel per person which then you hand over between 6 and 7 to exchange for clean ones. There is a beach bar between two pools. Highly recommend the bar for lunch especially. The variety of delicious food is served daily. It was the highlight of our stay. The main restaurant also serves three meals a day. Each is so tasty and wonderful and does not lack for anything. The serves take away stuff constantly from tables to make sure everything is clean. The best part of our stay were the staff. I would be remiss to not mention Mario, wonderful gentle, soft-spoken, polite young man. We looked forward to seeing him every day. Flavian is another young man from staff who was so kind and respectful. Asked us if we needed anything, how our day was, just wonderful to see every day. Eleni at the main bar by the restaurant. I watched that woman make drinks, taking her time making each cocktail as if it were the only drink she was making that day. She was friendly and smiling to each costumer whom she served. The staff make this resort be successful. The worst part of our stay were the mosquitos. I wish the resort would fumigate or put out torches around because we were covered head to toe by mosquitos. The manager said it was because of humidity. No. There are things that can be done to make the situation better. All in all we look forward to going back next year.

The hotel is stylishly decorated and perfect for families with children. The pools and entertainment options are tailored for kids of all ages, so everyone can find something enjoyable to do. The food selection and quality are excellent, with something for everyone’s taste. The service is simply wonderful, with friendly and helpful staff. The evening entertainment is interesting and not overwhelming – great fun for the whole family. Another advantage is that there are almost no russian tourists in the hotel, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel!
