Recently added Hot Tub to enjoy starting in July 2025. This home is not child proof. There are no gates or protected covers on tables and outlets. No more then 6 people allowed in the home at any time, no events. No more then 2 cars at the home at any time. No outdoor fires. The back yard is fully fenced, 1 dog under 40 pounds is allowed with a $300 fee. Owner of the dog is fully responsible for any illness or injury, dog should always be supervised in the home and yard. Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 23 through October 20, 2025. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations. Electric Vehicles: EV's We do not allow charging of any EV's at this property with out discussion and written permission by the Property Managers. Any violation of this policy will result in loss of security deposit.
