Premier Inn Falkirk (Larbert)

I don't often do reviews but felt I had to. On arriving I didnt have much hope due to past experience. We were initially met with a lovely gentleman i believe named Martin. He took his time to explain everything to us then gave us our room key. He gave perfect directions to the Kelpies. The room was basic but spotless and its all we needed. Breakfast was delicious and was offered more if we wanted. The lady was very polite and chatty which you dont get everywhere. Overall it was a 10/10 and we would definitely return and recommend.

Great stay the room was very clean and spacious . Martin was very friendly and helpful. Was met with a smile. Bed was very comfy .

Hotel was fantastic for an overnight stay for attending a friends’ wedding. Comfortable with all the amenities that you expect from a Premier Inn. Great location just off the motorway and has a lovely breakfast area which was as good as always. Martin was very helpful and made the check in process so easy and explained everything clearly and thoroughly and is a great asset to the hotel! There is also a great pub/restaurant in the same car park as the hotel which was busy and done great dinners too. Would certainly return to this Premier Inn

My visit to this premier inn was very pleasing, room was nice and clean, my mrs is a bit of a clean freak and even she was “at ease” with the cleanliness, which is saying something! Whole place was really nice and clean according to her. The manager that helped us was really nice as well very pleasant and professional, didnt seem like a manager from how friendly they were, his name was Martin i think

We had a little difficulty finding the hotel (neither postcode worked to get us to the right place) but otherwise we had a good experience here. The lady on reception was very helpful and booked us a table at a local restaurant as we had arrived too late to eat at the place next door. The room was comfortable and clean. Just what we expect at a Premier Inn, though some of them are beginning to show signs of age!

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my husband and 2 kids. Reception staff were very welcoming. Room was clean and spacious enough for our party size. Bathroom was clean. However the heat in the room was unbearable at times. There was a fan in the room but even though it wasnt overly warm outside the first night, the thermostat was sitting at 28/29 all night and left us all unable sleep. We asked for a second fan the next morning which they brought to our room for us. This did help but it was still very warm. We had breakfast the second morning which unfortunately wasn't great. The cooked breakfast was under and overcooked in parts and the pancakes were stale. The service was great though! The heat of the rooms would unfortunately stop us from booking this hotel again which is a shame as all the staff were fantastic.
