I’ve paid to stay for one night, after we’ve checked in i was shocked to see how the hotel looked from the inside messy worse customer service not organised and the worse shock was the rooms very ugly dirty beds and the terrace had spiderwebs it basically looked like boot camp rather than a hotel.
Location is so far impossible to get there if you don’t have a car no source of transportation.
I have paid but left as soon as i saw the state of that hotel I didn’t even ask for my money back it’s was so disgusting no customer skills whatsoever.
I do not recommend this place so disgusting.

the view was magnificent it is the ideal place to enjoy the calm during this period and I would like to thank all the staff the truth is it went well the property of the hotel the breakfast the rooms the view the heated pool everything is really magnificent

Excellent location and good view ! We really enjoyed our stay . There was animated during all the day (music, games, etc) The room was clean and spacious, every thinf was clean in it. The amneties remember us of the flavours of Morococco. Thank you

This was our first time in Lixus El Araich, one of the best Hotels that we've booked in Morocco, an exceptionnel reception with joy and happiness in their faces, everything is organized and well presented. Without forgetting about Lexus animation club, the games that we keep playing everyday in the pool. A big thanks to the chefs and the staff of the restaurant, they made my night more happier than it was when they surprised me with my 21 year birthday cake.

Great resort, great location and great staff. I visited the resort with my family and we had a great time. Food is excellent, and staff went above and beyond and did their best to make us happy. The entertainment crew are amazing and kept us and the kids entertained. They also celebrated my wife’s birthday and organized a surprise party! This resort is the right place if you planning for a vacation with your family or if you are couple looking for some time to relax and have a great time. Many thanks to the great hotel and entertainment team. Looking forward to seeing you very soon!

I spent a week in the hotel with my mom for a competition. A very beautiful welcome. Great service. The food is super good. A great room. The animators are great. lots of activity to offer. a big thank you to them for this unforgettable week in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location which is set in its own grounds. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean with all the facilities you could need. The staff are extremely helpful and extremely friendly making our stay extremely enjoyable. The hotel provides you with activities throughout the day from water aerobics, tennis, football, archery, live music in the evening, entertainment shows for the children, etc. The activities staff in particular were also absolutely amazing and enthusiastic. You’re immediately made to feel welcome and a part of the community within the hotel.
