The house keeping in-charge vv was very polite,kind and respectful. He had very accomodating smile on his face. Reception desk were polite and understanding. I like how the employees treat their customers so no matter what the little problems or unsatisfactory upon checking in was ok because of the people working behind k. I would love and maybe book for next if Netflix will be available since we usually want to have movie night during family vacation. This is my 2nd time at Csuites, would definitely book again if movie options ammenities will improved.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Fantastic 👏

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the grand lobby, I was embraced by an atmosphere of elegance and warmth.

We booked a room for 4 persons, that was with 2 bunk beds. The room is quite small but should be OKAY for local Filipinos with smaller build. It has is own comfort room with shower. The room is comfortably clean, but not in the outside. Attendants are accommodating and friendly. The location is not along the main roads but safe since it's located adjacent to an LGU office with 24/7 guards outside. Overall, it was OKAY for a lower than average priced room.

Being close to the airport is the only advantage. There are many tourists from Europe and the United States, and they also bring children. Generally speaking, his location is worth his price. Not very suitable for family parent-child travel. I can only catch a plane overnight

Location is perfect, near the Airport, Malls and Restaurants. Friendly and welcoming hotel staff and security. The hotel has no elevator, but staff assisted me with my luggage. The room is clean & neat, cool air condition, a not so smart TV, without windows, and the wifi connection is not stable in my room at the 3rd floor, so I stayed at the lobby for a fast and better signal when I need it. There's also Coffee Shop at the lobby and mini bar in the corner for some drinks and snacks. Not sure if they offer breakfast though. Overall,I had a pleasant stay in this place and highly recommended for travellers and tourists looking for an affordable place to stay near the airport.

We are satisfied with our stay. Room is clean. Aircondition is cold. Very accessible to other stores.

Convenient location if you need to overnight close to the airport. The best of the hotel is the customer service. The are at your disposition before and during your stay (they helped me to find the best way to get to the hotel by email, some hotels don’t even answer). The room is correctly equipped and you can see the sheets and the towel have been just changed. The bed is not comfortable at all but that’s my opinion and after all the service is the most important for me. Being so cheap you’d brace yourself to see the crummiest hostel ever but this was not the case at all.

I arrived at dawn, so I tied it for a day. If you have a day or if you have a lot of external schedules, there is also a doctor to tie you back ^^ The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very simple
