Great location, right on the beach which also had jet skiing, parasailing, and a bunch of other water sports. Nice staff, also had the option for breakfast. Place was clean and very accommodating

The staff are very friendly and willing to see to whatever you need and I appreciated that. The location itself is okay, considering there is a wharf where you can go to different islands. I would not consider it a “beach” per se. The room was clean, and the AC worked well, but everything was old and falling apart. The breakfast was disappointing and there wasn’t even water in the room. Considering the price that was paid, this accomodation is not worth it. The bed was comfortable, but after one night, we checked out.

I took it because of the beach, well, you can say there is no beach, sand only on land, stones in the water. Don't go near it at low tide, and it's no better at high tide. Actually, we never swam on the beach. The hotel itself is pretty run-down, the refrigerator didn't work, though after a complaint they changed it for a non-working one and only the third one worked. The room was never cleaned during our three-night stay. The breakfast is modest, but it's good that we didn't get food poisoning. The hotel is clearly not worth the money we paid.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. First, they do not tell you at the onset that you have to pay again for the cottage for night use. Surprise. Second, no faucet. Third, no flush or restroom lock. Fourth, no tissue and dirty comfort room. Fifth, staff are not accommodating and have not helpful. Not welcoming especially the mother of the wife of the owner, as if the customers are bothering her for being there. Not friendly at all. Not worth the money. Not transparent with the charges. We would never go back and would not recommend to anyone. We paid for the karaoke but then the manager said we can no longer continue after our 2nd song. Wow!

This hotel is located on the chaotic Macpan Island, right near the airport. You will have an extremely peaceful stay with the beach practically to yourself. At the weekend, from what I understand, it's full of picnickers. Here in Macpan all the beaches are private and completely surrounded by boats. For this reason, it's great to have a beach to relax on. Breakfast is always delivered to the room's balcony but always Asian style. I really enjoyed the tranquility of this stay.
