This is a good choice for an overnight stay for travellers arriving or departing through Cebu Mactan Airport. Everything works well - the aircon, there is hot water in the shower, good lighting (windowless room), friendly reception, security, drinking water fountain, wifi - and the rooms, though very small, are clean and comfortable - just don't expect to have much space to hang clothes or accommodate more than a backpack or small suitcase.

I have loved to stay in Felicity Hotel since then because it's very convenient and hassle free they have a free shuttle to drop off and pick up at mactan airport. The ambiance is nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially their driver kuya Efren, who used to pick up and drop me off during my stay.

The hotel is close to Cebu airport. We used the free airport pick-up option to get to the hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed, even a minibar and amenity kits.

The room was okay, quite small but comfortable. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was very helpful, I needed some medication and they happily helped me purchase it when I couldn’t leave my room. The location is also fairly okay, honestly it’s good for a one night stay if you need to get to the airport, they also offer a free shuttle service.

loacation is fine but the drainage of the bathroom floor is not working properly its flooding and taking a lot of time to drain

the hotel is a good option for layover, due to the location to the airport and free shuttle- just 10mins there.
otherwise the room was extremely small and very noisy. at least, the ground floor room could hear everything the staff in the lobby was saying, and their phone notification sounds. with earplugs it's fine to spend the night.
they have water cooler and strong AC.

Really great hotel - perfect for an airport layover includes a free shuttle to and from the airport. Staff were all lovely and very attentive. Already booked to return for our next layover!

The hotel is not that huge but when it comes to customer service they're all awesome. I'd say they entertained you like they are your neighbors.
The hotel is clean and I love the smell of the entire room including the comfort room. I love all the facilities and also the white colors of their blankets, pillowcases, bed sheets and rugs are a plus factor. Keep it up guys!
Surely, I will come again.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located close to the shopping mall and many fast-food restaurants. They provide free airport shuttle transportation. This is a highly recommended hotel for people who need a day or two stop near the airport.

I recently stayed at Felicity Island Hotel for the third time. As on previous visits, I found the staff courteous and accomodating. The rooms are small but well appointed. The bed is comfortable with quality linens. I think two persons will find the room size adequate, but a little tight. The on-site restaurant is good and the breakfast buffet suited my western palate. The proximity to the airport is a bonus and their shuttle service very accomodating, even for late pick-up. The front desk personnel are skilled at tracking your flight if it is delayed and providing shuttle service accordingly. It is my opinion that the cable TV service could provide a few more english oriented channels but the basics are covered. Everything was very clean and modern, including hot water shower and good aircon. The wifi connectivity was good. There is no elevator but I have always been provided a ground floor room.
