Just went there this morning for a 3day stay. It's near the airport, staff were very nice, everything is clean as well. Budget friendly too!

Location is near many establishments, which makes it convenient. However, there is no elevator in the hotel and the room walls are quite thin so you can hear noise from outside and other rooms.

Very clean place. Door men and hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. Girl at check in was hard to communicate with, but got checked in ok. Room was very small, with small window. Food was good but portions changed every order. Breakfast buffet is good if you want cold eggs and typical Philippine selection. Thank God for the toast and watermelon.

I had such an enjoyable stay at Vivien’s Hotel during my 2-day, 1-night layover in Cebu City. The location was perfect, just minutes from the airport, which made my travel so much easier. My room was clean, cozy, and a great place to relax after a long day.
What really made the stay special was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I also loved the smooth airport pick-up and drop-off service—it took all the stress out of getting around.
The only con is that there’s no lift. So, if you have trouble taking the stairs, I recommend informing the management in advance so they can book you on a lower floor.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at Vivien’s Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, especially for a comfortable and convenient layover!

Great location with a mall including fantastic supermarket for Filipino souvenirs like unusual Tang flavours etc. Hotel is comfortable though toilet doesn't have a bidet.
