Lakeshore sauna, made of logs 1980, 40 m2, wood-burning stove and hot water tank on stove, cold water from the well with a hand pump, room with fireplace, electric light.
Lovely large grassed yard area, plot 1.3 ha. Yard has decorative pond and bridge, berry bushes, apple trees. Village road very close. 2 jetties. Roofed grill with wood-burning stove and kettle barbecue grill. Motorboats prohibited on lake.
