The location of the hotel is convenient when visiting Laon. We stayed in several Kyriad hotels in France. But this one was not very good compared to the others. No air conditioning and the bath screen does not keep the water seeping to the floor.

We stayed for one night in May en route to Germany. Easily found on the outskirts of town - car park just about large enough. Friendly and efficient staff. ‘Standard’ sized room, which was clean and comfortable. Bathroom OK with decentish shower pressure. Breakfast buffet was average. Couple of other eateries within reasonable walking distance. No complaints at the price!

Having travelled several hours from Swiss Alps it was good to have somewhere to rest over before Calais. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very helpful. The room was fine except for a very hard, uncomfortable mattress. Breakfast was good and the free parking very secure.

Tout se passait bien jusqu'au moment où j'ai oublié mon téléphone dans ma chambre (44) sur la table d'appoint noir. 2 heures après j'ai appelé l'établissement pour savoir si par hasard il l'avait retrouvé et comme par hasard pas de trace du téléphone ! C'est bien triste mais bon c'est sûr que je ne reviendrais plus ...

Accueil très succinct. Pas de chambre PMR disponible ( 5/6 voitures au total sur le parking .) 2 places pour véhicules PMR vides le jour et la nuit (chercher l'erreur !) Ma femme a fait le tour du bâtiment avec ses 2 béquilles pour rejoindre notre chambre située derrière le bâtiment.

Hotel très bien placé proche de l'autoroute, calme. Chambre confortable. Seul bémol : j'avais demandé une douche et pas une baignoire. On m'a dit que l'on avait les deux...mais je n'ai pas percuté que la douche était dans la baignoire...et Ca ne convient pas du tout à mes capacités physiques du moment...bien faire préciser douche indépendante.

Accueil froid, on a l'impression de déranger. Chambre réservée sur Internet. Personnel peu dynamique, on ne peut rien leur demander. Chambre morose, pas très propre, peu/pas d'équipements. Très mal insonorisé, de plus des voisins de chambre très bruyants. Seul point positif : le parking privé et le fait d'avoir un toit sur la tête pour la nuit. Rien de plus.
