一家四星級酒店，2008年開業，2016年重新開業，整體硬件是陳舊的，尤其是房間。估計這個地方沒有什麼更好的酒店，因為生意好，服務特別差勁👎，230多元的酒店，在這個地方不算便宜，在沒有硬件設施的前提下，是不是要提升一下服務？！
首先客服樓層服務員的服務意識、態度還是不錯的。特別要提一下前台的服務太差了，辦理入住時冰冷、機械化動作，面無表情，很是無語🤦。房間就配兩支礦泉水，半夜沒有水了，需要再送兩支水，致電前台表示要收費。我就想説了，住過這麼多酒店，第一次遇到這種情況，你們酒店想掙錢也不是這種做法.....感受度太差了....

這次朋友來，首選奧華，住的舒心踏實，交通便利，感覺挺好！前台服務熱情周到，提前聯繫了前台幫我們把房間空調打開了，超級涼爽，下次一定要嚐嚐早餐啦，據説味道嘎嘎好😋謝謝！！！

奧華是我們第二次入住了，去年在這就感覺非常棒。一如既往的好。是老河口最好的酒店了吧，裡邊的菜品也很好，又便宜好吃。地理位置從未就可以看到漢江。
