The hotel counter will be Chinese and enthusiastic to assist. When I booked 6 more rooms, I told me how to deal with and explain the refund procedure at the first time. The blue water at the bar is very delicious. The toothpaste in the room is very good.

The hotel has a convenient location, modern and comfortable interior. The hotel is quite new so everything is very good. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. I am very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. If I have the opportunity to come back to Lao Cai, I will still choose Duc Huy Grand. Thank you
Liberty Hotel - Events

It is about40K shield (12 yuan) from the old street port. The room is quite big. I live on the 6~ 8th floor. You can see some street views of the old street, including: Ga Lao Cai (train station), but the train station is not lively at all, a bit similar to the market town of domestic third- and fourth-tier cities. The hotel is very clean, similar to the domestic chain store, is three-star, but they are checked in after 14:00, if you check in early, you need to pay another price 340K Shield (100 yuan Rmb), the original price is about 230. Looking at the scenery outside the hotel is okay, there is a bay window sitting by the window, drinking a cup of coffee is very pleasant (send a picture). Xiao Du (Ms.) at the front desk of the hotel can speak Chinese and there is no problem with basic communication. The owner (Ms.) of the small coffee shop on the right hand side of the main entrance of the hotel is very kind and Chinese is not bad.

The people at the reception can speak English. The breaker tripped once, but they quickly fixed it. Water at room temperature is free, but water in the refrigerator costs 20,000 VND. I think the room is clean. Breakfast was a choice from a menu. On the second day, I ordered a total of banh mi and pho to try it out, but it was served normally. The border office is next to the hotel. It's about a 20-minute walk from Lao Cai Station, but on the way there were several loose dogs who chased me and gave me a scary experience, so it might be better to take a taxi or something. There are extremely few restaurants and supermarkets around. It's really quiet at 9pm, probably because the borders are closed due to the coronavirus.

The hotel environment and location are very good, and the lady at the front desk is super helpful! Thank you to the people from Heiguo for their patience in answering questions and taking a taxi!
Sen Trang Hotel

The location of the hotel is good, in the more prosperous area of the old street, there are many restaurants around to eat. Upon check-in, the front desk is not familiar with Ctrip's order operations. It can be seen that there are not many guests who book rooms through Ctrip. The room is relatively quiet, but the space is small, and there is only one power socket. The bed is big, but very hard. Those who like a soft bed may not sleep well. The other aspects are quite satisfactory. The front desk can speak a little Chinese. In Lao Cai, a hotel basically has a few Chinese-speaking front desks...
