We stayed here as a family to end our road trip around Qinghai and Gansu. The hotel is wonderfully appointed with soft beds and really comfortable rooms. We arrived too late for dinner in so ate noodles outside at one of many nearby places. The view over the Yellow River is pretty good and the hotel breakfast is very good value. The staff deserve special praise, very helpful for the checkin with all the Covid health code requirements they were very helpful. A special mention to the concierge, Wei Keyang/ICE, the concierge on duty was extremely helpful with my last minute request to ship some awkward shaped bulky souvenirs back to Jiangsu home. I caused no end of problems which he was very happy to help with and dillgently solved, even after we had checked out and got to the airport. It is service like this that really makes the difference and is very much appreciated.

The hotel is great! The service is super good, Miss Rong is meticulously concerned, and she has given a particularly good experience, highly recommended! Also presented a fruit plate, the humidifier in the room, the details reflect the high-end hotel, the bed, the pillows are very comfortable, and the breakfast is great, the tableware is French, the experience is excellent! Great praise
