The outrageous thing is that I booked two nights, and when I came back the next afternoon, the room card didn't work. However, the girl at the front desk was more sincere and responsive than the girl the day before. She helped me get it working again. When you go out to play, you will encounter various problems. What is important is the ability to solve problems and the attitude of the business. The day before, all the staff gave me the feeling that it was my own problem. No one quickly gave the most effective solution. I ran up and down to fight for my right to change rooms. This was the first time in so many hotels. In addition, the bedding was turned inside out on the second day. In short, many details really deserve improvement.
