Location is superb but the hotel looks a bit run down. Need to be refurbished. Car accessibility is a problem due to the night market from 4om to 12 midnight.

A pleasant surprise stay. The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk are familiar with the business and have first-class service attitude. The room is clean and spacious, and the hygiene is excellent. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The hotel is located in the city center, with many food and supermarkets nearby. It is about 400 meters to Zhongshan Bridge on the left and 300 meters to the subway on the right. The transportation is convenient. You must stay here when you come to Lanzhou.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Provincial Government Station of Metro Line 1. Travel is very convenient. It is very close to Zhongshan Bridge, Gansu Provincial Museum, Baitashan Park, Xiaoxi Lake, Yellow River Mother Statue, etc. The hotel room is in good condition, very clean and the facilities are relatively complete. The cleaning staff is also very enthusiastic, the weather is hot, and a few more bottles of water are placed in the room every day. The front desk brother and sister service attitude is also very good, very enthusiastic. Take the initiative to give a late check-out service, really intimate.

Hotel location is the best value for money. Walking distance from the Yellow River Steel Bridge and Xiguan Mosque. Metro station entrance is right in front of the hotel. The front-desk guy was friendly and they provided us with extra water bottles. However the standard room I booked had no window but it wasn't clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Water mixer of the wash basin was confusing and we figured out how to get the hot water on the second day.

DiDi ride to the hotel was easy and check-in was smooth. We loved that pedestrian street Zhangye Road was just 150 meters from the hotel and night market Da Zhong Xiang was 500 meters. The hotel has two elevator locations, one right under the sign that says Courtyard Hotel and another one through a small alley on the right side of Bank of Gansu which you will see is situated in the same building as the hotel. Must go to 5th floor for reception. Bathroom amenities and towels were replaced daily. Small issue is some parts of room were dusty, window not cleaned and I wished there was a bidet spray for washing.

Had a room the view was too good. Overall the room is very clean and tidy, but lack of mini bar aminities. The layout is good and the space just nice not too big not too small. No international channels but i'm fine with it but the internet is wonderful, We enjoyed our stay. The shower had plenty of hot water and the bed was very comfortable. The AC did work properly. In fact, the temperature was friendly .The hotel is not on the main road, but is on a side street to the right. Can be seen from the sidewalk. There are lots of local restaurants, fruit stands and street food near the hotel. The staff are super friendly although not much English language skills. English/Chinese translation Apps were very helpful and a must.

It was very convenient. At the beginning, I read the evaluation and said that the hotel did not have air conditioning, but when I went, the air-conditioned room was very cool.
