Location is good, staff friendly and able to speak English, very helpful and nice. The room was decently decorated however there were a few inconveniences you would not expect from Hilton. Curtains were missing, noticed too late, in the morning the light was so bright through the sheer, my sleep was disturbed. The room was extremely hot (27 degrees celsius) while the ac was working it still felt too hot. The mattresses felt somewhat different from other Hilton hotels. I struggled falling asleep and kept waking up throughout the night. The internet speed is locked behind a Hilton membership (2025, having wifi locked behind membership is insane) The bathtub didn’t have any toiletries nearby, if you want to take a bath and wash yourself you will have to get out of the bathtub and reach for the shower gel or whatever else you need or bring your toiletries with you and put them next to the bathtub before getting in. The view was nice however the sofa in front of the big windows with the city view had stains and dark spots on it making it a bit uncomfortable to sit on it for too long.

The main draw of this hotel is the location and leisure facilities. If you like to keep fit or need to get fit - then this is a perfect hotel for that - as you can integrate it into your trip whether it be for business or holiday. The pool and gym are the most impressive facilities I’ve come across in a hotel. If you can’t swim I’m sure there are lessons available which would be a great thing to do no matter the purpose of your trip. Thought the room was comfortable enough but I suppose if you weren’t using the hotel facilities you may feel it’s overpriced - we didn’t think this because we used the excellent pool and gym. We had a couple of cocktails in the lounge bar that were excellent and the service in the hotel was very attentive.

This stay was beyond my expectation! The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I slept well until dawn. The service staff was warm and considerate, and they were very thoughtful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles. The location is also great, with convenient transportation around, and it is convenient for shopping and eating. Highly recommended!

The hotel service is very good, especially the concierge Xie Ting, who helped me negotiate the room before check-in, and also provided welcome fruit, very considerate service. The hotel can also park for free to store luggage. The breakfast is also very good. I will come here often.

位置很好，酒店位置很好，地鐵東方紅廣場站X2出口不到50米吧。隔壁就是省公安廳，安全係數超高。距離國芳百貨、萬象城、北京華聯、農民巷都很近。 訂了舒壓電影房，訊息顯示20平米。房間直長型，不寬，所以感覺不很大。有智能語音控制，投影，床榻，寫字枱，一把椅子，一個衣架。房間構造導致投影不能正對床。衞生間寬敞，乾濕分離，寬敞的淋浴間就很加分。2021年開業，到現在設施、設備、衞生保持的還不錯。 服務方面響應迅速。向前台反映電視使用問題，前腳剛進客房，後腳服務人員就到位了。就是調試時間有些長，連接機頂盒和屏幕矯正，搞了有半天

The parking lot is a bit small, but fortunately the security guard is very responsible, the command is very patient in and out of the parking lot, praise +1! The rooms are clean and the facilities are newer. It is the standard that four stars should have, praise +1! Overall, this stay is worth a five-star praise!

The front dest provided good support for my booking because this was first time I visited Lanzhou. Ms Wang was patient explaining the location and service. During my stay, the front crew coordinated the shipping and handling my luggages that was not normal their responsibilities. The classification of non smoking room help lots for most non smoker foreigners. The restaurant 马老六in the same building was one of fine dining and good restaurants with good price

The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. Parking is very important. The lobby receptionist helps with luggage. The floor attendants are also considerate and enthusiastic. There are also warm eye masks. The special room I booked was upgraded to a king-size bed for free and fruit was given. The service was great. It happened that the king-size bed was spacious and comfortable for children.

Lanzhou Jinjiang Sunshine Hotel is located at No. 589, Donggang West Road, Chengguan District, with a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. As soon as we entered the hotel, every meticulous service brought us a warm and comfortable service. Walking into the room, it was clean and tidy. The service staff was enthusiastic and professional. The fruits and snacks given gave people a warm and comfortable joy. The staff Huang Xiuxia, Wang Yan, and Zang Diaodi considered every detail very carefully, making people feel at home. The breakfast was rich and varied, delicious, and met the needs of different tastes. It is worth staying again.
