Everything was great...... i even would like to submit perfect review for this hotel but it has been tainted by the breakfast which i never expected, not even the least. I stayed for 6 nights and i got the same beakfast lunch package for nights in a row........ omg. 😀😃😃

This hotel is really the most cost-effective hotel we have booked on this trip! So satisfied! The location is very good, there is free parking, the room has windows to see the beautiful night view, the facilities are well-equipped, there is a small coffee table and a small bar. Health is also very good, even smart toilet. Bedding towels and guest items are very high-quality! Especially the bedside lamp, I like it so much, I want to install the same model for my own home when I go home. There are also a lot of food nearby. I went to eat a nearby AAA barbecue, which was very delicious. The spicy king beef noodles opposite the hotel are lightning-avoiding, and locals do not eat them. Hotel front desk service is also good, this hotel is recommended!

The location of the hotel is very good. It takes about 2 minutes to walk to the hotel from the small alley next to Exit D of Lanzhou Railway Station on Metro Line 2. There is parking for about 10 cars in front of the hotel. It's about a 10-minute walk from Lanzhou Station. It's very convenient to eat and buy water nearby. There are seats in the hotel lobby where you can rest, charge, and have hot water and coffee. The room is clean and tidy. Although it is not big, it is enough. You can go out to play during the day and sleep at night. The service staff are very enthusiastic and polite. The cleaning lady is very nice. She left 4 bottles of mineral water after cleaning the next day. It seems that I like to drink water, which is very good. The disadvantage is that the breakfast is a bit monotonous. It would be great if there were more varieties. I also had the experience of cooking noodles by myself. It might be better if they can cook more wontons or something. The aunt in the restaurant on the 4th floor is also very nice and enthusiastic. It is highly recommended to stay.

Very hospitable staff, the scent in the reception area is so pleasant and very welcoming. As usual my humble request is to include a little bit of the very basic western food on the menu. Everything else, cleanliness in the room, comfortable was quite impressive, keep up the good work.

I recently stayed at the Hualian Hotel near Lanzhou University Railway Station for one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers using the railway station. It’s situated right next to the station, making it easy to access transportation and nearby amenities. While it may not have any standout features, it provides good value for money and meets the basic needs of its guests. I would recommend it for short stays or for those needing easy access to the railway station.

The single room I booked online was small but well-equipped, warm and comfortable, and was cleaned promptly and cleanly. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and thoughtful. I had just arrived in Lanzhou and didn't know the situation. They patiently and carefully introduced me to transportation and travel issues and provided useful and necessary help. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks!

Facilities: Clean and tidy Hygiene: Good environment I didn't remember the time and checked out after the stipulated time. The front desk lady was very gentle and took the initiative to help us solve the problem. I will come again next time

Very good, satisfied with this hotel is great! The location is excellent, the subway station is just outside. The room was clean and spacious and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk lady was warm and thoughtful and the breakfast was rich. High cost performance, come back next time!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me order takeaways online and navigate the apps. The were also very quick to respond if there were issues. Only thing I would say is that the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking (that’s what I was told), but on multiple occasions I could smell smoke in the bathroom through the vent (very strong). I made a complaint and they said they spoke to the guest but unfortunately this didn’t stop. Cleanliness could have been better as when I first had the room, the room did smell smoky including the pillows. I had to re-clean the wood in the room myself with towel and soap since it was dusty and had a strong smoke smell so I couldn’t sleep and it gave me a headache. I think the rooms need a deep clean if you are to get rid of smoke smell from the bed, furniture, wood. You have your own aircon which is good so there is not a central system.
