Great location: walking distance from the train station. The room was big and well decorated. I enjoyed sitting on the sofa. There was great attention to detail, everything necessary was available. The bed was perfectly soft, I had a great sleep. Breakfast buffet was amazing too! The staff was very friendly.

This hotel is really the most cost-effective hotel we have booked on this trip! So satisfied! The location is very good, there is free parking, the room has windows to see the beautiful night view, the facilities are well-equipped, there is a small coffee table and a small bar. Health is also very good, even smart toilet. Bedding towels and guest items are very high-quality! Especially the bedside lamp, I like it so much, I want to install the same model for my own home when I go home. There are also a lot of food nearby. I went to eat a nearby AAA barbecue, which was very delicious. The spicy king beef noodles opposite the hotel are lightning-avoiding, and locals do not eat them. Hotel front desk service is also good, this hotel is recommended!

The single room doesn't require spaciousness, as long as it can sleep. The hotel is hard to find, but luckily there is a sign outside the subway station, and it is actually the same store as Home Inn. Although the room is small, it has all the necessary features and is separated into dry and wet areas, which is quite satisfactory.

The location of the hotel is very good. It takes about 2 minutes to walk to the hotel from the small alley next to Exit D of Lanzhou Railway Station on Metro Line 2. There is parking for about 10 cars in front of the hotel. It's about a 10-minute walk from Lanzhou Station. It's very convenient to eat and buy water nearby. There are seats in the hotel lobby where you can rest, charge, and have hot water and coffee. The room is clean and tidy. Although it is not big, it is enough. You can go out to play during the day and sleep at night. The service staff are very enthusiastic and polite. The cleaning lady is very nice. She left 4 bottles of mineral water after cleaning the next day. It seems that I like to drink water, which is very good. The disadvantage is that the breakfast is a bit monotonous. It would be great if there were more varieties. I also had the experience of cooking noodles by myself. It might be better if they can cook more wontons or something. The aunt in the restaurant on the 4th floor is also very nice and enthusiastic. It is highly recommended to stay.

This place was even better than the photos. The room was very clean, the location was very good(close to the train station) and the staff was excellent! Everyone was very kind and helpful. Everything was very good and I would stay there again anytime.

The price/performance ratio is very high. The environment and hygiene of the accommodation are much better than those of hotels of the same price. The service attitude is very, very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me order takeaways online and navigate the apps. The were also very quick to respond if there were issues. Only thing I would say is that the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking (that’s what I was told), but on multiple occasions I could smell smoke in the bathroom through the vent (very strong). I made a complaint and they said they spoke to the guest but unfortunately this didn’t stop. Cleanliness could have been better as when I first had the room, the room did smell smoky including the pillows. I had to re-clean the wood in the room myself with towel and soap since it was dusty and had a strong smoke smell so I couldn’t sleep and it gave me a headache. I think the rooms need a deep clean if you are to get rid of smoke smell from the bed, furniture, wood. You have your own aircon which is good so there is not a central system.

I had an awesome experience (given the situation that I was declined a room by another hotel on the pretext of being foreigner). The rooms were spacious and clean. kids liked the themes a lot. Hotel staff provided best Service, their attitude was professional and welcoming. Really felt great about my stay, would prefer same hotel in my next visit.

Everything else is fine, but the buffet is poor. There was a buffet from 7 to 9 o'clock. I followed the front desk's instructions to avoid the concentrated dining time of the meeting people. I entered the restaurant at 8 o'clock, but many things were gone. There was no fruit, it was said that the guests had eaten it. The most outrageous thing is that the two pickle bowls were empty and no one replenished them. I drank porridge and walked around the restaurant without a spoon. I have seen it for several days, but the missing items have not been replenished in time. There was no coffee either, and they said the coffee machine was broken for two days. When I asked the staff, two waitresses were chatting at the counter, but no one was paying attention. So it's basically a matter of management and respect for the guests, and whether they care or not.
