Lanzhou Qilihe District Hotels

The hotel was very nice, new and clean. Service was excellent and the staff were very helpful with our needs and in recommending places for us to visit or eat. Location was great as there were many shops and food choices around the hotel which was right inside the Old Street. Our only issue was getting our taxi / ride hailing cars to pick us / drop us off at the hotel entrance because most drivers were not aware that they can drive in through the side road.

This was an amazing hotel, the hotel was in the old style town which was very fun (you can see my pictures of the old styled town) the hotel is stunning, classy and has a luxury vibe. The bed was amazing and the room was very big. Also the staff was great, epecially little Rui Rui, who worked at the reception. She helped us book a taxi for a small town which was a 4 hour drive, and quite unknown so she really did her best. She was kind, very helpful and kept in contact to check if we arrived safely 10/10 rating for this place

The hotel is very satisfactory. The attitude of the front desk staff is very good. It is also very close to the West Railway Station. The transportation is very convenient. There are robots in the lobby. It is recommended. All aspects are very good. If you walk to Lanzhou West Railway Station for about ten minutes to check in, you will also be introduced to the station soon. The service is very considerate and very good. The room facilities are also very complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view. The water on the table is free of charge. The natural latex mattress is also very comfortable. The hotel lobby is also beautifully designed. There is also a book bar in the lounge area. I will choose Yunhe again next time if I have the chance.

The location is very good, this area is quiet, it is very convenient to live here if you watch the performance in the Olympic Sports next to it. The service is very good, the health is not bad, the shower may have something to do with the water pressure, after all, the Hansgrohe used by the brand is not bad, the water flow is a bit small, all aspects are very good 👍

This holiday inn is the best of all hotels I have traveled in China. They are welcoming, staff is friendly and quick, and breakfast is good with an amazing price and location. It is located right next to one of the biggest malls and night markets in Lanzhou. I especially want to thank Lydia Li (李晓亚) front office manager for her exceptional help. She greeted us and introduced us to the culture and experiences in Lanzhou, and was most helpful in arranging appointments. She was the one that really brightened up our trip in China.

This stay far exceeded my expectations, from the doorman who opened the car door and took my luggage to the courteous service of the floor attendants. I especially want to commend the housekeeper, Xiaorui, for her warmth and attentiveness, introducing me to Lanzhou's delicious food and tourist attractions. The room was clean and tidy, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel! The location is very convenient, just a short distance from the subway station and the Wanda shopping district. For those who enjoy exercising and fitness, there's a sports center across the street. Eating, drinking, and having fun are all within easy reach.

The hotel front desk Xiao Yingzi is warm and thoughtful, and very well-educated. All the questions raised can be solved attentively. There is no noise at all when checking in. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the room is clean and tidy. I will choose next time.

The stay at this hotel is a perfect score! From the moment you step into the room, you can feel the intentions of the details. The room is clean and tidy, the floor and tabletop are spotless, the furniture is arranged in an orderly manner, and even the corners are refreshing. The most surprising thing is the sleep experience: the pillow is moderately soft and hard, the mattress is close to the body curve, and it seems to be wrapped in clouds when lying on it. The hotel also has a pick-up and drop-off service to Lanzhou West Station, which is very convenient.

The short-haired lady 001 at the front desk not only checked in quickly, but also took the initiative to help upgrade the windowless room originally booked, so that I could enjoy a more comfortable accommodation environment. At night, the young lady also sent fresh fruit intimately. The cantaloupe was very sweet. The room was clean and tidy, warmly furnished, and equipped with a humidifier and mosquito repellent. The details were full. The breakfast on the second day was a halal buffet, and there were many types. The pedestrian street was downstairs. It was very convenient. It was very close to the subway station. The short-haired manager also carefully helped introduce nearby food and attractions. Next time I come to Lanzhou, I will stay here again. It is worthy of Meihao's service. I really recommend it to all friends who come to play.

Family, this hotel must give everyone Amway a wave! The price is really too affordable, compared to other hotels in the same location, the price is directly full. The location is also great, not far from the subway station, there is an old street tourist attraction nearby, many snacks and specialty shops, you can buy food when you are hungry at night, super convenient! The room decoration is very nice, but the layout is classical, the things are arranged neatly, especially the mattress and pillows are super comfortable to sleep, there is no strange smell. The bathroom is clean and odorless, the hot water comes quickly, and the water pressure is sufficient. The front desk staff was very good. When I checked in, I said and laughed, and I intimately recommended fun places around me. The cleaning aunt is also very enthusiastic, and will take the initiative to say hello when passing by.
