Lanzhou Hotels with Airport pickup service

The main draw of this hotel is the location and leisure facilities. If you like to keep fit or need to get fit - then this is a perfect hotel for that - as you can integrate it into your trip whether it be for business or holiday. The pool and gym are the most impressive facilities I’ve come across in a hotel. If you can’t swim I’m sure there are lessons available which would be a great thing to do no matter the purpose of your trip. Thought the room was comfortable enough but I suppose if you weren’t using the hotel facilities you may feel it’s overpriced - we didn’t think this because we used the excellent pool and gym. We had a couple of cocktails in the lounge bar that were excellent and the service in the hotel was very attentive.

The hotel lobby and executive lounge are very grandly decorated, and I also like the room layout and details... Because the travel time is during the off-season, the hotel also upgraded our room type for free, which is very considerate😊The bedding comfort of the executive room type is also OK, which makes it very comfortable. What surprised me was that the desserts in the hotel were so delicious. The only thing that needs to be improved is the initiative of the service. It would be better if you can take the initiative to prepare children's slippers when you see children staying here... In short, it is highly recommended to stay in Lanzhou!

Crowne Plaza is a big name, but why hasn't it improved? The room hygiene details are not in place, and the facilities are in poor condition. For example, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the scale is just for decoration without electricity. There is no place to put the hand towels and face towels. Do they have to be piled on the countertop? The toilet is not smart, but can there be a place to put the phone? Can the service be more careful? Is the efficiency good? Are there no shortage of customers?

The room is very tidy, the view outside the window is beautiful, the floor is very high, the elevator is very fast, the room card is 24 solar terms, which is very unique, the room is large, bright and comfortable, the air-conditioning temperature is just right, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is very clean, the hotel environment is first-class, the location is superior, the transportation is convenient, the angel coco service is very good, very polite 👍 The hotel also has free parking with plenty of parking spaces. The hotel breakfast is delicious with many varieties and the dining environment is very elegant. The staff Iris is enthusiastic and proactive in service and very considerate 👍 The little brother who is responsible for keeping the suitcases in the second and third days of the junior high school is diligent and responsible 👍 With such a good team managing and operating the hotel, I will choose Wanda Vista Hotel next time!

Lanzhou Hotel is the most special one among all the hotels I have stayed in. Its advantages and disadvantages are particularly prominent😳 Advantages: The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation. There is a subway station at the door. The Reader's Museum, Dunhuang Art Museum, Waterwheel Expo Park, and Vientiane City are all within walking distance. There are many delicious foods around. The back door is Mogouyan Beef Noodles. There is a noodle shop a few steps away. There are also many barbecue hot pots. Vientiane City is even more all-encompassing. There is also a cultural and creative store of Gansu Museum. The breakfast of the hotel is OK. The beef noodles are very good. Yogurt is delivered to the room every night. The hotel has a long history and several buildings are hung The historic building is decorated with plaques, and the walls are full of photos of visits by early national leaders and celebrities. Disadvantages: The room is quite average, small in size, and backward in facilities. It is worse than the old guesthouse that our unit converted into a staff dormitory because it was too old. The mattress is very hard. I accidentally dropped my phone on it and broke the pendant. The air conditioner is not completely useless. It can still feel a little cool after being forced to turn on at 20 degrees for three hours. There is also a huge spider web above the air conditioner. The towels and bath towels are washed white, but the edges are worn out. There is a big hole on the floor towel in the bathroom. This is too frugal.

The front desk staff was warm and polite. When checking in, the front desk staff also gave us local yogurt. The room was equipped with smart Xiaodu, clean and tidy, with an excellent location. It takes about five minutes to walk to the popular Zhengning Road Night Market and about 15 minutes to walk to Zhongshan Bridge. It was a good stay experience. When friends and relatives come to Lanzhou in the future, I must recommend this hotel!!!

The room size is OK, but the breakfast is closed too early. The hygiene is OK. The facilities are quite old. Free parking is available in front of the door. The service is average, especially the waiter, who knocked on the door twice and walked in directly, which scared me so much that I almost had a heart attack. Strict requirements and training should be implemented in the future. It is a five-star hotel, but it does not meet the five-star standard.

We booked a superior twin room with our baby. We were upgraded when we checked in. It was a bit unexpected. The hotel is in a good location at the east entrance of Dongfanghong Square in the city center. It is convenient to go anywhere, eat, and go to Guofang or MixC. The customer service staff Huang Xiuxia provided very good service. Seeing that we had a baby, she also gave us fruit snacks and small dolls. I will book this hotel again when I go to Lanzhou in the future

Hotel is clean and OK in general. Main reason we picked it is that its location is 25 RMB taxi ride from airport while we had an overnight layover, but wanted to avoid staying in Lanzhou that had covid outbreak. There is not a lot to do around the hotel, but there is a themed park with small lake and few restaurants, and also glamping area - all located around 20 RMB taxi ride away. Consider this as convenient hotel if you are changing flights overnight and not enough time to experience Lanzhou.
