非常不錯。
地段不錯，距離蘭州西站很近。
老闆貼心，知道我們跑蘭馬，給我延遲到兩點退房。
房間又大又乾淨。
設施齊全，電視、電風扇、冰箱都有，還有廚房。
非常滿意，感謝老闆的熱情。

直接看吧。兩點入住的時候給了密碼直接沒打掃，樣子就是圖中的樣子，也沒人主動聯繫，還要我們打電話了才説春節人手不夠沒打掃要我們理解。請問沒有接待能力就不接很難嗎？打電話溝通先答應換房間，後面又説沒了要等人過來保潔，等到晚上6點才進去。本來回來還訂了一天，直接取消了，惹不起還躲不起嗎？人生第一次差評，大家避雷吧。

3人入住，一致給差評，從沒住過如此差的民宿酒店。剛進門嚇一跳，房間沒打掃，自己換了一床床單被套，馬桶有尿漬，搞完衞生才敢用馬桶。一廳二房才一把風扇，三十多度，沒有空調冷氣，老公熱得一身汗跑去客廳沙發開着窗户睡，又被蚊子咬。我也一晚上聽着火車噪音，太吵無法睡。訂民宿是為了洗衣機洗衣服，但大西北的住宿條件是人生遇到最差的住宿了，管家試圖給20元補償不要差評，3人拒絕。

因為突發意外不得不把房子轉個朋友自己去不了了，房東很熱情的協商處理了，朋友也成功入住，雖然有點小冷但是總得來説還是挺好的，值得推薦，離西站又特別近。

差的很衞生也不好服務也不好小區附近也沒有飯店沒有便利店要了按金就説那個説這個的就是不給退房價天天漲真的特別特別差不推薦90塊錢的賓館比這個好

房間裏有一股子味道，而且沒有梳子，沒有熱水，被套也爛了，裏面的被子有點臟，整體舒適度不是太好
