酒店前台服務不熱情，衞生環境也不怎麼樣，酒店還沒有地方停車。電梯漏檢好長時間了，也沒有相關部門查到。

酒店地處鬧市中心、交通便利，前台接待也很熱情，房間設施齊全、乾濕分離、衞生乾淨、整潔，性價比高，而且出酒店就是風味美食一條街，感覺很滿意，下次來蘭州還住這個酒店。

本來訂的大床房，前台給免費升了房型，進門的一刻有點意外，性價比真的很高，而且出門就是南關夜市，值得推薦的酒店

房間除了沒有窗户其它都還好 ，到站後入住等待時間不是一般的長，幾乎近7個小時。前台接待的不知道是不是因為年齡大了的原因態度很不好，很差！
對於諮詢的問題感覺很不厭煩，不具備一點搞服務行業的素養！離店時態度也很差沒有素質！很無語！客房服務員態度還是不錯的！
沒有窗户真的很悶，不透氣

酒店乾淨，價位便宜，地理位置優越。出門右拐就是“南關夜市”，非常便利，夜裡一點多還很熱鬧，從酒店出發去黃河夜遊、中山橋的朋友，不建議開車，不好停車，打車10元就到，真的很便利。去蘭州的朋友們推薦入住。
