I had excellent experience with this hotel. Its staff is very kind and friendly. One staff member even helped us do the laundry and deliver the dried clothes to our room. I have never seen such service at any other hotels. If I revisit Lanzhou, I would choose this hotel again.

I took my children to Gannan to stay there in 2018. It had just opened and there was not much change this time. The facilities were well maintained and the location was good. It was close to the business district and there were many snacks around. The pedestrian street was just a stroll away. The front desk was very enthusiastic and upgraded to a suite directly after check-in. I was very grateful. The only shortcoming was that the TV signal was too poor and stuck. It was recommended to upgrade to a screen projection system. It would be perfect.

The hotel is in a great location. Turn right after exiting the subway. It is very close to Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street and the Provincial Government. There is a Dazhong Lane next to it, which has many delicious restaurants. It is also not far from Zhengning Road. The room facilities are complete and clean. The front desk staff is enthusiastic, attentive and professional. We wanted to delay check-out, and they took the initiative to push the time to 2:30, and also let us buy a business area to rest. The service is great!
