I shouted in time, but the room attendant didn't come in, but he left without an apology?! The front desk asked me to send a room card up, and the tone was very impatient. What's wrong? Didn't I pay? Or is it that this job can't be done? I checked out at 2 o'clock, and I didn't receive an apology from anyone in the hotel during the period. As a hotel, the guest room is the most private place for guests. What makes me most angry is that you don't even knock on the door, just swipe the room card, don't you care about the privacy of guests? Don't you provide training for the guest room? Is it not wrong that there is no apology?

The room is clean and tidy. The cleaning aunt Yang Xiaolan is very enthusiastic and the breakfast is rich. The aunt Zhang Xiucao who provides the breakfast is very attentive and feels very kind and proactive in helping us. Breakfast is a buffet. You can choose what you like. The fruit is very fresh and yogurt is also provided. It is very filling.

When I passed through Lanzhou on my way back from the trip, the housing prices were generally relatively good. The price/performance ratio of this restaurant is decent. I mainly wanted to watch a movie and found one close to Wanda. It can be reached in five minutes on foot. The only drawback is that the parking lot is not very easy to park. The location is limited and you have to pay for it at your own expense. There is a beef noodle shop next to it. Not bad, a nice breakfast

The check-in service is quite friendly, the facilities in the lobby are complete, and the equipment in the room is basically intelligently controlled. However, the light switch in the bathroom is extremely difficult to find. If you want to turn on a light, you have to go to the bedside to turn it on. One layer of the curtains is electrically controlled and the other is manually controlled. I feel that the electric control setting is a bit unnecessary. The room is relatively tidy and clean, and the tea served is quite delicious.
