前台小姐姐很細心，也很有耐心，什麼問題都能及時幫忙解決，真的很貼心！再説説房間吧，床鋪整潔，衞生乾淨，需要的物品也很齊全，一家老小住的舒服住的舒心！到了晚上樓下的商業區很熱鬧，各種吃的應有盡有，烤羊肉串特別好吃！下次來蘭州還會光顧的！

距離西站很近，大約1.幾㎞，小行李可以走過去，樓下很方便，吃的玩的，還有幾家蘭州特色的牛肉麪，涼麪，面前，都很正宗。服務人員也熱心！唯一注意:個頭高的住在“二樓”小心碰頭！

不足：1.整體較小，活動空間很少。2.房間地漏反臭，味道很難聞，雖然阿姨來處理了，但無濟於事。忍着臭味住了兩天。
