首先開始講前台入住遇到的事情 詢問能否續到下午兩點退房 付費也可以 前台迴應就是不可以 沒有鐘點續費説法 超過退付時間 按天續（昨天晚上7點左右的前台服務小姐姐態度特別不好），其二進房間一股拖把味道 清潔沒有最好 房間 廁所 牆壁都是污垢，坐下來打遊戲了 一看鍵盤 我小心翼翼在玩 戰意全無 特別再下面你們自己看 （房間跟圖片嚴重差距不符） 保潔也不會打掃 非常差勁！！！

房間好，隔音不好晚上三點多又是砸鍵盤又是大吼大叫的聲音根本睡不好早上十點多還在吵，睡了倆小時十二點多就叫退房了
