優點：近西客站，服務好，設施還行。缺點：沒有電競椅，是自己很不喜歡的沙發座椅，不能調整高低，衞生環境一般，衹有兩部電梯，這麼高的公寓樓，等一次電梯得好幾分鐘。

房間乾淨整潔，衞生在電競公寓裏算是相當不錯的。而且房間內面積很大，有投影儀和各種零食小吃，娛樂休閑體驗感都很棒。隔音效果很好，而且還有洗衣機和烘乾機，很方便。
公寓離蘭州西站步行不到一公里的距離，樓下還有阿西婭牛肉麪，能夠品嚐到蘭州特色美食，出行和吃飯都很方便。不管是辦公還是娛樂以及旅遊，都是不錯的選擇，算得上是蘭州性價比最高的電競公寓了。

這棟樓電競酒店挺多，基本都住過了，這家環境不錯，床上用品比較乾淨無異味。熱水也挺熱。空調也好用。但是透露着一股小家子氣，接近300一晚的酒店，送的水得要才給，第一天問了才給，第二天收拾完房間，照樣沒給水。也懶得要了，然後紙巾，一次性浴巾也都收拾完沒有再補，也沒幾個錢，非要在這點上節省，這點體驗挺差的。

房東的服務沒的説，凌晨還在積極解決問題，但是設施環境，我必須吐槽，打個csgo藍屏好幾次，卡得要死，房間沒敍利亞裝修風格，直接就是水泥牆，洗手間沒鏡子，空調不涼，真對不起三百四五這個價格
