酒店設施完善，服務細緻入微，入住體驗極佳，預到關懷還給我發送短訊了，這一點預到關懷短訊做的也很貼心的。房間乾淨衞生，辦理入住時還會給奉茶水，這個奉茶服務很貼心，房間電視很大，電視機頻道也比較齊全，電視有很多節目，房間的浴袍很舒服，體重秤很方便，開發票也很方便，強烈推薦給追求高品質旅行體驗的朋友們。

這家酒店太棒了，強烈推薦給大家！第一次來蘭州出差，第一印象很不錯。
1. 地理位置優越：酒店位於市中心，交通便利，距離各個景點、地鐵站都衹需幾分鐘車程。
2. 住宿環境：房間乾淨整潔無異味，設計對於在外辦公的人真的很友好，設施齊全，房間還有專屬飲料，尤其是床品和亞朵最新款的枕頭，睡着真的很舒服，空調也很給力。
3. 美味的餐飲服務：酒店的早餐提供各種中西結合的早餐，還有咖啡喝，晚上還有專屬的深夜粥道。這一點很貼心。
4. 服務：前台辦理入住手續非常專業，有健身房和洗衣房，很方便。辦理入住期間還會主動預留髮票訊息提前給我開退房也不耽誤我的時間還會送我一瓶暖暖的礦泉水。總之就是很不錯，出差選擇亞朵很不錯，值得信賴的品牌。

我們自駕遊蘭州到達酒店整個人都很疲憊不堪，加上行李繁多，路途中和男朋友吵了架，心情很不好，辦理入住時我稍顯不耐煩。小姐姐看到我和男朋友黑着臉進來，大概是知道我們吵了架，先給我們倒了一杯熱茶，然後以最快速度幫我們辦理好入住，很熱心腸地幫我們把行李送到房間。休息到下午時，房門被扣響，打開房門小姐姐端着一份小蛋糕和水果在房門口，她説不開心先睡一覺，然後吃點甜的心情會好很多～覺得自己瞬間被治癒了～女孩子真的是世界上最美好的生物，謝謝白晗小姐姐，我們的蘭州之行因為你而治癒，選擇亞朵酒店真是太明智了！另外，不得不説早餐很好吃，吃到了心心念唸的牛肉麪，服務的大姐一直笑嘻嘻的☺️，整個樓道和大廳都香香的，味道很好聞，淡淡的咖啡香很喜歡~問了前台的小姐姐，要了咖啡香薰的連結，也是從頭到尾笑嘻嘻的[愉快]。下次來蘭州還選擇這家店！

聽朋友推薦説 亞朵特別好，一開始抱着試一下的心態預訂了這家氣象局地鐵站亞朵酒店。辦入住的時候是快凌晨了，打電話給前台詢問停車場，前台很熱心的幫忙引導位置，並很熱情的幫我們搬行李箱，到酒店後另外一個工作人員第一時間端了温熱的蜂蜜水給我們，當時就覺得很温暖，很有人情味。因為帶着孩子，小孩晚上飯點沒好好吃飯，到房間後鬧騰着要吃東西，由於太晚了實在不好去外面找餐館，抱着試一試的心態打了前台電話，問附近有沒有方便小朋友吃的東西。出於意料的是不到一刻鐘時間，前台辦入住的那個小姐姐端着牛奶🥛酸奶和小蛋糕送到房間門口了，，當時是真的有被感動到，我一個大老爺們都不知道該怎麼表達當時的心情了，以前也住過別的品牌包括星級酒店，從沒有因為服務產生這麼大的觸動。小孩吃的很開心，夜裡也沒再鬧騰。酒店房間空間大，也很乾凈，枕頭很舒服，家裡人都説睡得很好，必須好評，退房的時候特意問了前台工作人員説枕頭可以賣的，果斷下單2對，寄回家了~另外，退房時前台贈送了蘭州特產三炮台茶，還給了礦泉水讓帶着路上喝，真是很有心[愛心]，這次亞朵體驗真的是路轉粉了，感謝所有的工作人員，以後出門就住亞朵了。

陪朋友出來玩，看到酒店地址離地鐵站近，果斷預訂了，出地鐵很好找，位置很好，主打出行方便。房間很大，該有的設施都很齊全，有小冰箱飲品都能免費喝，夜間的免費粥很可口，真的是爆贊👍🏻房間很乾凈，網速也很快，上網不卡頓，工作人員也都笑嘻嘻的，見到都會打招呼，也會耐心的介紹周邊好玩的，好吃的，真的很nice 。退房的時候趕時間，前台開發票也很快，還送了小禮品和水讓帶着路上喝，又是被亞朵温暖的一天[愛心]

酒店的服務、衞生、房間配置保持了亞朵水準，挺好，沒啥特別要説的。前台積極響應和解決了我的疑問，大堂流川楓很利落的調度和及時響應很棒。早餐放張酒店二樓早餐牛肉麪的圖，湯的味道也還行。其實磨溝沿牛肉麪就在樓下，德元牛肉麪總店步行7分鐘，還有其他手抓羊肉等蘭州美食店，很方便。有興趣逛菜市場，可以去二熱市場看看，不遠，走路10分鐘樣子。停車門口車位確實比較滿，但可以停到東甌小童城，車位充足，也很近。
