Mercure Lanzhou Zhengning Road Hotel Reviews

Another wonderful experience at Mercure, but this time is at Lanzhou. The hotel is nice and in a great location, very close to the Zhengning road night market, and there are many restaurants downstairs. The room is clean and spacious and equipped with a smart toilet. The breakfast is rich, and the beef noddles are delicious. Friendly front desk service. Highly recommended.

Excellent location and a beautiful room! The amenities were all well kept and the place was close to lots of food, shopping and a nice stroll down to the river for sightseeing. The noodles at the breakfast bar were incredible! Don’t skip them. I’d recommend anyone visiting Lanzhou to stay here.

The hotel chain is very consistent internationally, high standard, quality service, good smell, nice lighting, and great location. This one is 1 min walk away from the famous night market, and 10 kuai taxi ride to the most tourist attractions, and main train station. The breakfast provided is free and delicious. They can host foreign passport holders. Recommend!

Staff is friendly and the room are clean. I recommend.

It was pretty terrible. While I didn't expect any staff to speak English (welcome to China!), I didn't expect the receptionist to lose the registration slip out of my passport and blame me for it; even though he found it in the room with the photocopier beyond my reach! Bed was OK but AC was non-existent and it made for a sleepless night. Mercure should be ashamed of themselves. I no longer trust this company.

Good location, close to Zhengning Road snack street, quiet in the bustling city. I stayed for 2 nights and felt that it was very quiet both day and night. The room is spacious, and it is not crowded for a family of three. The facilities are good, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, smart toilet, and electric curtains. The service is good, 24 hours a day, mineral water can be replenished unlimitedly, and the water and cola in the small refrigerator are also free. Children's toiletries and slippers are provided. You can also call or select what you need online, and the robot will deliver it directly to the room. The children like this robot very much and asked for things several times. The breakfast is good. The room I booked does not have breakfast, and breakfast was added at a very favorable price when I checked in. There are also many breakfast options, both Chinese and Western breakfasts, hot beef noodles, various breads and jams, fruits, milk drinks, etc., which are all complete, and great value for money. In short, it is a very pleasant stay experience

This is the hotel I checked out after searching dozens of hotels on a certain book. It has a great location and is convenient for travel. You can walk to Zhongshan Bridge and the night market, especially the Zhengning Road Night Market, which is about 200 meters away. The room is large, with separate bathrooms, and the bedding and toiletries are not sloppy. What is worth praising is that the buffet breakfast in the restaurant on the second floor is so delicious. There are so many samples that I can't eat them all. The beef noodles are superb, and the fried dough sticks are crispy and crunchy. I was reluctant to leave after staying for two days in a row. The room is quite big, but I was given a smoking room, which has a strong smell, but everything else is fine. I suggest you remind me next time when you check in, otherwise it will affect your stay experience.
