早餐自助沒開，給的旁邊牛肉麪的票，還是很好吃的；如果加錢含早餐大可不必，自己買10元搞定；家庭房適合二胎家庭，這點不錯，床都多了還空出一個。停車收費，一晚上14元，吐槽一點衞生做的不好，衞生間太陋，馬桶上都還有屎，我用酒精濕巾全部把房間擦了一下，娃娃才放心住，雖然靠路，但是不吵，如果能靠裡麪應該更安靜，但是靠路能看到黃河，都可以！供參考！希望有用

多次入住華住旗下的這家酒店了，雖然地方不大但是裝修很温馨，設施設備齊全。房間衞生乾淨，周邊吃飯很方便。值得推薦👍👍👍

很不錯 我有急事本來還要在續住一天的 然後臨時得走都下午四點了，前台小樊給我免費延遲了，還怕我趕不上4.30的高鐵 一個姓趙的姑娘用自己的車送我到高鐵站剛好趕上車。非常棒的服務。前台兩個小姐姐服務也很好，忘記問姓啥了。

酒店前台小樊服務熱情有禮貌，免費升級房間。離蘭州西站很近非常方便出行，酒店隔壁就可以停車，前台小樊給身份證套了卡套～細節，房間衞生很乾凈面積很大很寬敞，24小時熱水，零壓床睡着很舒服，酒店環境很好，設施齊全，位置很好，離高鐵站很近，毫不猶豫的就選擇了星程，很棒～推薦推薦

這邊前台小樊服務特別好，酒店地理位置也特別好，免費送了早餐，黃河就在酒店對面，距離蘭州中心也特別近，房間乾淨整潔，，住起來很舒適，酒店設施齊全，三樓有洗衣機免費可以用，氣候乾燥，每個房間都配有加濕器，很温馨，很周到！入住滿意
