評價真實體驗，有小孩家庭、易過敏體質、女性朋友可以參考，無需要店長回覆。絕不會詆譭和誇張。
一、WiFi🛜信號不好。手機刷視頻卡，玩手機遊戲更卡。
二、配了管線飲水機，但是不出水，修了幾次都沒弄好。店長重新拿了燒水壺和礦泉水。但我們還是下樓了買了3桶大大大瓶礦泉水。因為再次提供的水是大桶接的，懂的吧！還是自己買吧。
三、衞生間手柄和花灑，沒有分離，一樓花灑有水從排風口出，這點需要注意，有安全隱患。二樓花灑和手柄水不能分離，開關一打開，手柄和花灑同時濺水。
四、酒店晚上蚊子多，真的在耳朵跟前嗡嗡嗡，你們能知道那種感受嗎！折磨死了。完全通宵一晚上，小孩起來都是一身的包，還叮到眼睛上了。真的傷不起一晚上一家人被蚊子折磨。
五、這點呢，至少不冤枉人家。晚上天氣變涼，3次要求後，增添了一床被套，但是這個需求在很多酒店，都是正常需求，更何況你家500多。
總結:上述問題，都是真實存在，都給店長反饋過。希望不要看到差評就人身攻擊哦。
衹是希望你家改善，同時也告知在乎睡眠和品質的家庭。

店家有想辦法，但確實體驗感很糟糕哦。
不過，房間面積挺大，老闆也熱情，但還得是入住體驗，其他都是枉然。

蘭州中天健廣場，位置非常好找，坐動車也非常方便，距離西站於電競酒店，這個酒店的環境確實沒的説，是我在蘭州去過的最好的一家，環境高逼格，簡直沒的説。服務：工作人員態度都非常好，有求個很大的窗户，悶了可以透透氣，看看風景。設備：作為電競酒店非常推薦來這家！住過不少電競酒店！電腦設備作為重度電競玩家來説系統流多！作為一個 FPS 遊戲愛好者，老闆很專業，自動換彈分辨率、自動裝配件等設定都調好了、最近很火的黑神話悟空遊戲也下載好了，非常細節。沒有花裏胡硝的燈光和偽智能系統。單乾淨整齊！床墊和布草非常舒適！住店衞生永遠是第一考慮選項！有機會還會再去的。給各位客官們強烈推薦。
