旅遊以來一直都選擇這家酒店，前台服務很熱情，很貼心，外賣送到酒店會有機器人送到房間真的很方便很快捷，房間也很大跟舒適，客房大姐也很熱情服務很周到，每天都休息的很好，很開心！位置很好周圍有市場，很方便逛街購買，醫院也離的很近很方便，走路很快就到了，晚上餓了，出門過馬路就是夜市，有很多當地特色美食，地裏位置是真的很好，停車場就在酒店旁邊，很好找也很方便。性價比很高，值得入住這家酒店。

帶孩子來蘭大一院看病，住這裏很是方便。酒店服務很好，有宵夜送，我們沒有定早餐，早晨給5歲的小姑娘要了免費的小米粥和小饅頭，住的很愉快！

在地鐵口，出行還是比較方便的，臨街的房間關上窗户就能隔音，但是房間比較悶，不通風，有些氣味，在西北地區乾燥的環境還算好，服務態度還可以，就是辦理入住比較久

環境：出行很方便，旁邊是兩家醫院，對面是小吃街，地鐵口，出行超級方便。
服務：前台小夥子服務很好。有個女的穿工裝，報旗下會員號不能辦理入住，還呵斥其他員工不予辦理…開了眼了我不明白會員是用來幹嘛的，一家人總不能全家來辦你家會員吧…其它還好，就是入住時有會員還不能辦理，沒辦法網上定了一天，家人不忙後第二天才會員續了兩天。

第二次住，桌子很臟，沒擦乾淨，帶孩子住，感覺不是很放心了。找前台先説是讓保潔人員當面擦一下，然後我要求換房間，最後給我換了房間。但是體驗感不是很好。三百多不值的樣子。

前台服務很好入住，幫忙升級了一個房型，房間很大，很舒服，周邊出行很方便。房間很乾凈，早餐很好吃，種類也比較多一點。來這邊遊玩酒店也會幫忙推薦周邊好玩的地方，退房的時候忘記開發票了，也會很細心的幫忙補開了發票。
