服務態度很好熱情周到，電視壞了，沒來的及維修，廁所水箱壞了，其他社區完備，離火車站比較近，出行方便，。

差：設施差，所有住過的酒店，這家最差。
臟：衞生臟，衞生間水管漏，滿地污水。
亂：環境亂，走道上經常有罵聲。
詐： 攜程上掛的價格與門店出價不一樣。
不相信如家有這樣的連鎖店。

非常不好的體驗！天下竟有如此的如家酒店 ，衞生間如此的狹小和骯臟，真是長見識了。（還不如一個普通的民宿）真心希望平台和如家管理機構質管部門今後要嚴格管理，不要把多年創立的品牌葬送再自己手中！我説習慣性的五分的，無法忍受而迫不得已！！！

設施陳舊，房間內甚至有黴味，沖水馬桶是壞的，是我住過的如家酒店中最差的一家，沒有之一。酒店在二樓，樓梯比較抖，行李重的上樓不太方便。

離火車站很近，房間沒水，老闆送了兩瓶礦泉水，拿了一雙一次性拖鞋，環境和衞生，設施比較一般，適合剛坐完動車太晚到蘭州臨時過渡一晚的情況，但價格也不貴

環境差，衞台差，設施差，服務也差，從沒住過這樣酒店，此為亇人小旅館掛靠如家，這樣要砸如家牌子，化錢住這樣酒店，心情壞透了，以後再也不會住如家酒店了。從來沒見座便器抽d箱當作洗臉池，洗個澡淌到全是水
