Very bad, the room is very small, not like regular Atour, the price is on the high side, 198 cannot be more in other cities

I really don’t know how the ratings came about.
One of the worst Atour hotels I have ever stayed at
It's just one floor of a building. The elevator is shared. It's slow and dirty.
When you walked in, you told me that I booked a room next to the elevator. It meant it was noisy. Do I need to pay to upgrade?
When I went upstairs, I realized that there were only two rooms close to the elevator. It was really a big deal. It cost 50 per night to upgrade the room.

酒店位置非常好，交通便利，樓下就是中海廣場商場，吃飯購物都很方便。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住時主動幫忙升級了房型，還貼心送了水果和飲品，細節滿滿。房間乾淨整潔，安靜舒適，是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，性價比很高，下次來蘭州還會選擇這裏！

酒店前台服務熱情，幫我升級了行政大床房，房間面積很大，房間裏還有小冰箱和咖啡茶飲，房間乾淨衞生，空氣清新無異味，四件套是亞朵特色的裸棉床品，用起來很舒適。前台服務響應很及時，有求必應，外賣都是他們很快送上來，整體服務都很好，挺滿意的，雖然第一次住的時候發生了點小插曲，但是這次入住期間總體感受還是很不錯的，好評。

酒店不是一棟樓都是亞朵那種，商務樓裏的最高兩層是亞朵，前台小夥子告知了地下室停車位置，沒告知電梯間是在商務樓進門要抬頭看，更沒告知按1樓到前台辦理入住（多一句話那麼難，既然物業不讓張貼提示，服務裏講仔細有何難）。亞朵的硬件一直都很認可，這家的毛巾可換新了，真的很舊啦。
