酒店裝修高端大氣上檔次，前台服務温馨，辦理速度也挺快，房間衞生乾淨利落，交通也很便利，房間還有温泉，推薦大家住宿泡温泉，不錯的選擇。

戰友過來聚會，家裡地方小，給他安排到酒店了，這也是訂的最滿意的一次酒店，乾淨整潔又上檔次，戰友住着也很舒心，走的時候不忘贊，以後家裡來客人就住天慶温泉酒店了，方便，省事，上檔次，客人住着也開心！也感謝酒店的工作人員，態度很好！非常nice！

這家酒店是朋友介紹的，説温泉泡完特別舒服，鹽盤浴的各種蒸房除濕效果不錯，所有選擇入住這家酒店，結果沒有讓我失望，酒店房間空間很大，是我西湖的風格，早上起來早餐也非常豐盛好吃，温泉有各種泡池、中午還有各類山西特色麪食、吃什麼都有，品種很豐富，晚上還有夜宵吃，燒烤真心特別好吃、值得推薦，下次還會跟朋友過來，希望還有贈送的温泉劵給我們哦！總之謝謝，辛苦你們了😜

前台服務極差，臉板的跟欠了錢似的，愛搭不理，衞生狀況極差，地毯上都是毛髮，地漏也堵了，進房時還有堵着的水。應該算是住過最差的酒店了，如果不是旅行團訂的酒店，打死也不住。

看評價，就要看差評，根據經驗，好的評價不一定好，但是差的評價一定是真的差。首先房間大。衞生差，浴袍上面都是污染物。椅子上水印子。地上的灰塵。感覺就和經濟型酒店一樣。隔音差，隔壁的女的那個叫聲真的大。贈送的温泉票還可以

確實真的就這一次就夠了，衞生真的沒啥講的，三個字糊弄人，設備水銹，淋浴時冰時燙，澡就沒法洗，空調摁一下吹一分鐘摁一下吹一分鐘，就是馬路邊的招待所也沒這麼**的空調，不會再有下次
