The hotel facilities are old, the location is good, the view of the Yellow River and the bridge from the room at night is very good, the service is not bad. The breakfast is too bad, the decoration of the breakfast room is too old, the breakfast variety is monotonous, the milk is diluted with a lot of water, and each bowl of beef noodles is put with a miniature beef with a diameter of about 1 cm. If you want to add beef, you need to go to the bar to place an order and pay separately. There is no piece of any kind of meat in all the breakfast dishes. How can this be Lanzhou, which produces beef, mutton and milk? I suggest that the hotel owner should not calculate the cost too much, the guests know it in their hearts!

The room is quite standard, with dry and wet areas separated. The location is good, facing Zhongshan Bridge. When I called the front desk girl to book the room, I got a good response. When I was hesitant and ready to cancel the reservation, the girl who answered the phone with strong marketing ability took the initiative to upgrade the room type, which attracted me, so I placed the order directly.

Let me talk about the advantages first. The location is really good. Zhongshan Bridge is just across the street. It is very convenient to walk back to the hotel after watching the night view. However, apart from the location, I am not satisfied with other aspects. After checking in, the room card could not be swiped. I didn't see the cleaning lady, so I had to go downstairs to find the front desk. The front desk said the card was fine and asked me to try again. The second time I tried, it still wouldn't work. The front desk asked the cleaning lady to help, and the lady's work card could be swiped. She changed my room card, but it still wouldn't work. The cleaning lady asked me to put the suitcase in the room and go downstairs to find the front desk herself. It was already hot and tired at this time. Okay, I went to the front desk myself for the third time, and the front desk still said that the card was fine, but didn't agree to change my room. At my request, I finally changed to another room to check in. With such a start, I was naturally not very satisfied with the hotel. The outrageous thing is that I booked two nights, and when I came back the next afternoon, the room card didn't work. However, the girl at the front desk was more sincere and responsive than the girl the day before. She helped me get it working again. When you go out to play, you will encounter various problems. What is important is the ability to solve problems and the attitude of the business. The day before, all the staff gave me the feeling that it was my own problem. No one quickly gave the most effective solution. I ran up and down to fight for my right to change rooms. This was the first time in so many hotels. In addition, the bedding was turned inside out on the second day. In short, many details really deserve improvement.

The hotel is in a very good location. I booked a river view room 509, which has a good environment and can see the Zhongshan Bridge. The staff Xiao Wang is very considerate! Highly recommended to everyone!
