海清公寓的老闆夫婦為人熱情，服務周到，幫我們拎行李上、下樓。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，性價比超高。公寓離火車站很近，小店也多，很方便。缺點是不大好找，但打電話給老闆就會來迎，房間靠馬路邊有點吵，但關上窗子就隔音安靜了。#服務滿意#衞生滿意#位置交通滿意#房間設施滿意#早餐沒有#WIFI很好

挺好的，離火車站很近，唯一的缺點可能就是房間稍微小了點，洗手間幾乎是挨着床，很容易滲到水到床上。

沒電梯 樓層低還行 樓層高行李多會不方便
房間很小很小 該有的也有 而且有獨立衞生間也算不錯了 離火車站很近 走路5-6分鐘

房間雖然小了點，但是還是不錯的，89元/晚這價位絕對是良心價，總比幾十元/晚房間無衞生間的好。至於衞生間有點異味這小問題，通通風就好了。沒有電梯及停車場好在對我沒有什麼影響。總體來説這次入住了三天兩晚還是滿意，謝謝老闆！

房間實施一般，説有空調但無遙控器。説有電祁卻什麼頻道都沒有。該賓館位置不好找。洗衣估無晾曬的地方。説是民宿，上述向題應容易解決。

房間雖然小，但東西齊全，真的很乾凈，浴巾毛巾明顯都是剛洗乾淨的，床單被套都是乾淨的新換的，店主很用心，我覺得比有的大賓館都乾淨的多，以後來這還住這裏，
