沒住過這麼無語的酒店！！！一開始訂的大床房結果廁所滿地板的水，馬桶蓋也全是水，而且馬桶蓋上也有一根長頭髮，再一看床上也還有四五根長頭髮！！！保潔怎麼怎麼打掃的？！然後我去跟前台要求換一個房間，前台換了一個雙床房給我。進了雙床房發現床上又有兩三根長頭髮！！！馬桶又是濕的！！！牆角還有根煙頭！！！廁所的通風扇也是壞的，牆壁靠近空調也是爛的。簡直無語透頂。兩個房間衞生環境令人堪憂！！！差評。

入住這家酒店，是因為當時去到蘭州太晚了，看在火車站附近，而且價錢不貴。跟一般的酒店比，屬於偏下，設施稍微有些偏舊，電視放不出來。門口地板是壞的，這怎麼也應該修一下吧，萬一人摔倒了呢。其他的但是還過得去

1.房間特別破舊，很臟。
2.開門的時候翹起的木地板把門抵住了，開都開不開，還要使勁踹門才開的開，關門也是同樣。
3.空調很老舊，響了一晚上，特別吵人，而且排水有問題，還拿一個瓶子在接。
4.賓館沒有電梯，全靠手提拉桿箱上樓。
5.馬桶圈還是爛的。
6.木地板齜牙裂縫爛朽朽的。
7. 與圖片嚴重不符，特別破舊。
8.枕頭和被套臟臟的。

房間乾淨，衞生收拾的也很及時，服務態度很好，位置很便利，走大概一公里就是地鐵口，附近吃的也多，適合居住。

設施：不全，拖鞋，礦泉水，都沒有。電視也打不開。
衞生：馬桶不乾淨。牆上都掉灰。
環境：知道一晚上乾死12隻蚊子有多累嗎。
服務：前台服務態度很好。

首先衞生紙、瓶裝水基礎的東西房間都沒有放；其次衞生打掃的真是一言難盡，床單被罩上都是污漬；最後馬桶也是壞的，而且尿漬都在上面，還是坐便，根本用不了。陳述事實，你如果八十，那我完全能接受，這個價格這個質量，不好意思接受不了，看是連鎖酒店才訂的，但沒有一點質量保證。

從未見過如此破爛的酒店，馬桶🚽整個是壞的，電視遙控板壞的，地板全是噁心的黑色污跡，牆上黑乎乎，還有股異味，根本不值。。。
