Nice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

The room was on the 25th floor and had a great view. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The breakfast had a wide variety of items, and they even opened the restaurant 10 minutes early for our early morning departure. I was very happy.

The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are complete, the rooms are very clean, the brothers and sisters at the front desk are very enthusiastic, and they upgraded the rooms when they brought the elderly and children here. The upgraded rooms have a good view and the overall experience is very good. It is recommended to stay. The hotel is in a good location, and there is a subway station outside.

There were urine stains on the bathroom floor and the smell of urine... I checked in at night. I had been driving all day. After taking a shower, I found that my body was very dry. When I looked at it, I saw that there were two bottles of shampoo in the bathroom 😂 , the bathrobe was probably worn by someone else. It was not washed, repacked and hung up. There were hairs on the bathrobe. The temperature in the room was at least 28 degrees at night. The air conditioner did not cool it, but heated it 🥲. The breakfast was very average.

The family room I originally booked was unexpectedly upgraded to a yellow duck theme room after arriving at the hotel. The children were very happy. After staying at Hyatt, I changed to this hotel. The price was preferential but the stay experience was great. I highly recommend this hotel whether you are traveling or on business.

The hotel front desk lady is very enthusiastic and has a good service attitude.
