The hotel is well-located, just 10 yuan of taxi ride from the railway station. There are also supermarkets, restaurants and easy access to main tourist attractions. The room was clean, quiet and had all the facilities we need. The staff were very friendly and responded to our requests. The breakfast did not have a very wide range of choices, but it's a good selection of breakfast goodies.

一直比較認可全季，但這次發現沒我在四川住的全集體驗感好，連住了兩晚，酒店位置算靠市中心，去中山橋和正寧小吃街都分別2公里的樣子，步行還是比較難走，附近有家排名高點的牛肉麪也不是很對胃口，哈哈，好在酒店早餐還可以，其他不想説什麼，就是希望酒店能加強管理，本是跑洗衣服找洗衣液，看到5S確實做得不好，一下對全季這個牌子大打折扣！

體驗了全季酒店就直接放棄亞朵，前台服務及時到位，待客禮貌温柔，我因為提前預訂好行程高鐵票但後面行程更改變成在蘭州多待一天，需要晚點退房，前台也答應了，特別人性化，對我們這些出門在外的遊客來説簡直是五星服務了！使用攜程多年很少寫很多點評，全季在服務這一塊坐得特別好，餐廳帥哥服務員也是彬彬有禮，客房清潔阿姨熱情主動問要不要水？要不要打掃？需要什麼可以儘管説，讓人感到回家一樣舒服！房間設計很滿意，而且真的安靜衞生，所以我下一站西安又訂了連續入住全季！順便提一下早餐也是挺豐盛的，贊贊贊！

酒店入口在巷子裏，不過很容易找，大堂電梯上去在2樓。大堂裏氛圍很好，有自助咖啡和茶水。房間照片忘記拍了，房間也很乾凈，沒有味道，衞生間乾濕分離。房間裝飾小清新，年輕人應該很喜歡。服務人員態度也都很好。酒店有免費停車場，前廣場停滿了就要停到後面的巷子裏，雖然考驗了一把車技，不過管車的大叔也很友好停後面也安全。

蘭州中轉一晚住的
去酒店的路真的不好走
提着行李箱還要爬天橋
去萬象城也是，地下通道繞死
房間畫框是歪的，很大一副都怕掉下來砸到人
牀頭櫃下的木質部分已經青黑色的黴菌
給安排的靠馬路的位置很吵
布草的阿姨停着車走廊很窄，提着行李箱都過不去，布草車也推不動，衹能説一般。
