前台服務太周到了，每次進出都會主動微笑打招呼有需求也會及時的響應，而且還推薦遊玩路線也非常周到，真的是非常暖心的一次入住!阿姨們衞生做得也很好很乾凈，房間很大很寬敞，床品也非常舒適，早餐種類多，味道非常好，還有現煮的牛肉麪很正宗，門口還有一個人工湖很漂亮適合散步下次還選擇這家。

人生第一次來到這麼西的地方，第一站先到酒店，感受到了西北人的熱情洋溢。我們到達已經是後半夜了，前台女孩的服務意識一點都沒有因為時間掉份兒，仍然保持高標準👍一上午路過走廊，保潔阿姨每次見面都是熱情的跟我們打招呼。早餐真的是，我頭回吃到酒店的麪，不用加任何料就很鮮！真的不愧是拉麪的聖地😄。臨走的時候，兩個女孩在前台站着一排跟我們再見。還給我老公一份茶留作紀念，我老公怪不好意思的問為什麼，她們説感覺你們東北人好有禮貌。啊哈哈哈、是你們西北人好有禮貌才對！下次再來蘭州玩，爭取還在機場附近這裏住一晚。謝謝☺️

房間很寬敞，很乾凈，而且床非常的舒服，還有個大沙發。沒有在房間裏面拍照，外面拍了照片，有個湖很漂亮。非常感謝店裡麪給我們提供的送機服務和簡易帶走的早餐。

有免費接送機服務，記得提前告知前台。沒有噪音，沒有異味。酒店非常乾淨。枕頭也適合我，我不喜歡太鼓的枕頭，這個高度很合適。開窗睡覺也沒有噪音。

離機場很近，雖然送機車滿了，但自己叫車過去也是很方便的。

位置在新區中心，出行方便。樓下就是棲霞湖，風景怡人。可玩可散步跑步。周邊吃喝也方便。房間，明亮寬敞，視野開闊住得舒服。早餐品種略少略有遺憾！今天發現有條毛巾是爛的。望改善！

進入蘭州新區好像到了南方城市，市區湖水蕩漾植物鬱鬱葱葱，與一路隨行的黃土坡形成幻覺似的反差。酒店乾淨明亮，氣味清新，還要感謝前台的小姐姐幫忙升級了房間。酒店隔壁的清真飯店菜品美味，甚是驚喜。下次路過還會再來。
