前台小姐姐笑容甜美，辦理入住也很好，大廳還有飲水機，房間也有免費的礦泉水很不錯，房間衞生打掃的也挺乾淨，各方面都很好，出行也方便，房間也挺安靜的，非常滿意的一次入住，很不錯，大廳還有充電樁，很不錯。

四個枕頭，後倆沒換枕頭套，晚上入住的時候聞到味道臭死，已經是晚上又不好換房間。。。床墊好硬能感覺到彈簧。。。空調對着頭吹，10分鐘一次的異響。。。當晚基本沒怎麼睡着，這間如家真是太差了

住過多次了，房間還可以，設施俱全。最主要是酒店的地理位置距離省婦幼、腫瘤醫院、陸軍總院、省中醫院都很近，就醫很方便。酒店距離省博物館、蘭州中心和七里河地鐵站也非常近，走路幾分鐘

酒店的房間比較小，適合短期住宿。另外洗澡的地方實在是太小了，洗澡的時候浴簾都貼在身上，淋雨頭的水不是噴出來的是嘀嗒下來。進房間的地上還有一個台階實在是不安全⚠️我進出2次都差點磕到。但是服務人員比較認真這點還算是安撫了一下不完美吧！停車在旁邊的體育場裏面，是收費的但是倒也價錢還算合理

設施：設施挺好的，該有的都有
衞生：衞生環境乾淨整潔，都很不錯，客房阿姨打掃衞生乾淨徹底
環境：環境挺好，住了不臨街的，感覺很不錯，大廳環境也好，大廳還有飲水機。
服務：服務挺好，前台笑容甜美，服務熱情，非常不錯，很滿意的入住，棒極啦，不錯不錯。

退房時一個華為運動黑色手錶掉在了客房，尋找時告知沒發現手錶，再三強調手錶掉房間了，依然告知沒手錶，我自己東西還長腳飛了，太奇怪了……
