酒店十分完美，位置剛好，離哪都不遠，服務業很好，服務員態度很好，訓練有素，前台小姐姐細心周到，小哥哥聲音也很好聽。房間很大，設施齊全，而且裝飾特別好看，有點美式復古的風格，富有格調，很喜歡，走廊兩側也掛滿了精緻的油畫！早飯是送到房間的，很豐盛，吃得很滿足。總之一晚的住宿太滿意了，期待下一次再來住！

十一出行，唯一添堵的酒店！客觀評價：房間有點小，和套房二字相差甚遠！但是酒店布草方面還是不錯，服務態度很好！
添堵之處：訂房時顯示含88元/人自助早餐，實際入住後用餐時，告知酒店壓根就沒有早餐廳，更沒有自助早餐，衹提供簡餐（見圖）！酒店説是平台虛假宣傳，平台説是酒店的原因！因為投訴到蘭州消協，雖然最後得以解決，但是在出行過程中非常影響體驗度！

已經是第三次來蘭州了。衹為那條母親河，美味的蘭州麪食，還有博物館。這次從攜程海選了華菲套房酒店，一是位置，二是房子大，最主要酒店停車方便。來入住後，感受更好些 ，很歐式風格裝修，房間佈置舒適洋氣，長途旅行東西多，都能放下，晚上也安靜。位置也是一級棒👍離張掖路一街之隔，去黃河邊，中山橋，大眾巷美食，都很方便，而且鬧中取靜。前台美女們服務態度熱情，有求必應。👍早餐相對比較簡單，送到房間的簡餐。會推薦來蘭州的朋友。

房間下水道的味道刺鼻嗆人。沒有自助餐，衹有配餐。更離譜的是，我隨身攜帶的一把小剪刀，早出門辦事時還有，等到我中午回房間就衹剩下裝小剪刀的小口袋了，剪刀不翼而飛了。剪刀不值錢，就二三十塊錢，但小而耐用，乘坐飛機火車過安檢沒問題，所以我外出就隨身攜帶上，不想這也有人惦記着，真奇葩。我是在攜程網上按四星級酒店訂的單，這家店徒有虛名而已

這種房型超出了我的認知，地方小的屁股都轉不過來，行李沒有地方放，雖然裝修已經特別陳舊了，但是打掃衞生一點都不負責任，抽紙不補，捲紙不補，抽紙的品質太差了，比擦屁股的還粗糙。酒店沒有統一早餐用餐地方，全部送到房間（一個雞蛋🥚兩個花捲.小菜黃瓜.小米粥），竟然第二天早晨把我忘記了，因為我感冒發燒，行動不便，酒店也知道我的情況，但是衹是簡單給我回復，負責送早餐的忘記了，再也沒有任何歉意！真的太無語了。感冒發燒，有點冷，要了一個電暖氣，電暖氣插頭線纜不夠長，服務員也不管，放到房間就走了，最後我還是自己電暖氣下面墊聽裝雪碧，才勉強接通電源。無語了。衞生間窄的一個人進去無法轉身

房間裝修年代感比較強，非常寬敞，大氣。早餐是送到房間的。位置比較好，騎車到黃河邊和中山橋，正寧路夜市都很近。門口有公交車站，交通非常方便。

優點①地理位置優越，到景點方便，周圍小吃也多 。②乾濕分離，床鋪舒服，有早餐贈送，簡單的哦。③房價可接受。
缺點①空調不給力，主要是年代久了。②裝修老了，但影響不大。
