早餐不是自助的，要點餐一樣要多杯酸奶還不讓
能來蘭州的不要訂這間酒店，比四星級的還差
空調開一晚還是30度（失望）

保潔自己拿房卡開門詢問需不需要打掃房間，前後開了兩次門。酒店就是這樣隨意進入客房的嗎？不會敲門詢問嗎？門口大大的請勿打擾看不到嗎？服務堪憂，安全性堪憂。

房間很不錯，前台服務也熱情，但是客房服務很差，服務員是否培訓過？？客人早晨還在睡覺，就自己開門闖進去要搞衞生，真的是****。餐廳用餐服務也差，出餐的麪食，半天沒有服務員送過來，結果麪妥了，餐具全是殘缺的口子，無語
