空調不怎麼冷，要求換房間，最後沒給換。房間連抽紙都沒有，被子好像是用過的，有毛髮，被子有幾個洞洞，太無語了

房間極小,大一點的箱子打不開。房間沒有紙巾茶葉，電話沒聲，WiFi連不上，電視打不開環境差。如家是連鎖店，房間普遍小，有的如家店還乾淨,設備還可以，有早餐，洗衣房，這家全沒有。早知道絕不會住。

因為衹是短暫在蘭州待一天，為了離辦事的地方近一點，特意選了這個位置的酒店。位置就在大街上，找起來挺方便的，而且周圍有兩個大的購物中心，還有居民區，所以吃飯選擇性很多，基本也不踩雷，衹要能吃，可以挨個試試。前台服務態度很好很熱情，酒店衞生打掃也很乾凈（^-^）👍

服務簡直差的要死，麼有人性，服務員想吃人，被套根本就麼換，房間都是重複利用好多次，存在多次欺騙消費者，欺詐客户行為，裏面還涉及好多交易，噁心至極，滑天下之大稽，光天化日之下居然還有這等***

可以説是相當的垃圾，兩百多的房間，房間很小，床單破的，房間裏連衞生紙都沒有。説是有窗，結果就一個不見天日的窗户，外面各種異味傳進來，空氣完全不流通，悶得要命。***垃圾了，隨便找個一百多的都比這好
