The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower's water was not as hot as I would have wanted, but the location (right next to one of the two railway stations) was excellent. Helpful staff too, in spite of the language barrier.

Easy location right next to station for quick access too overnight train to 敦煌

Very conveniently positioned just 90 seconds walk from Lanzhou huochezhan. Nearest Metro station is @ Lanzhou university about 10 minutes north on same main road. Not too expensive. Old school furnishings and could use retrofitted powerpoints and/or USB sockets nearer to bed, but still good quality overall. WiFi ok. Bathroom better than averagewith shower separated by glass enclosure.

The male waiter at the front desk of this hotel is the best waiter I have ever seen! Modest and polite! Be polite! It is a pity that the room facilities are not good! Although the room was upgraded, the sewer in the bathroom was very clogged, and the bathroom became a swamp after taking a shower! The hotel has a great location! Breakfast is also ok. If the facilities can be repaired, it is still a good choice!

Normally, it is close to the station, causing the store to bully customers. The reception staff play tricks. The mini room ordered by Ctrip has been upgraded. The reception said it was made by Ctrip. The hotel can only arrange mini rooms without windows. After struggling, the reception said that it had arranged a window, which was actually the uppermost stairwell. Just stay for one night, forget it. The breakfast in the restaurant is simple and sanitary. There is a male foreman or manager with a good attitude. In short, this hotel is not recommended.

先説個人結論，酒店位置很好，但服務是真的差，店大欺客，出了問題衹會説不好意思，但就不解決問題，顧客的權益根本無所謂。 5月1日大概下午6點前入住，入住的時候聽到工作人員在説什麼什麼壞了，還在修，沒有在意並辦了入住，因為不記得有贈送免費房型升級，前台也沒有提，不確定入住是否升級。 入住就發現房間光線非常暗，尤其是角落桌子的位置，因為需要辦公就打室內座機聯繫前台，離譜的是發現座機是壞的！不能用！耐着性子給房卡上寫的酒店電話打過去，也是壞的！線路不通！衹能自己下去找前台，前台進房間看了下給我的解釋是他們是無主燈設計，房間就這樣，座機的問題她去解決下（最終也沒人解決），這個事情就不了了之了。我在昏暗的燈光下開始辦公，靠着桌子的牆上衹有一個插座，插了筆記本插不了wifi，充滿設計美感。到7點半左右發現洗手間沒有自來水，我衹能又下樓去前台問情況，前台回答停水，9點半恢復。一直等到9點半依舊沒有來水，去外面公廁解決問題，回來時候問周邊商家，他們都有自來水，哈哈沒想到是酒店水管爆了，下午入住的時候就爆了，入住時候不告知了。因為第二天和親人匯合有下一段行程不想扯皮，應該是等到10點半左右自來水恢復。 這還沒有結束，我睡覺的時候開着廊燈，插着電蚊香，半夜2點半突然斷電，全黑，等半個小時後恢復，房間所有燈全部開啟，給我又整醒了，屬實折磨。 第二天早上出門，看了眼發現同樓層開着的雙人間，至少在桌子上方天花板都是有射燈的，被前台看似誠懇實則根本沒有職業道德的女人給騙了（我和她説房間太暗，她回答酒店內都是無主燈設計，我問所有房間都這樣麼，她説是的）。 在第一天入住之前我確認了最晚幾點退房，前台説兩點，第二天中午1點半回酒店收拾行囊時房卡已經被鎖不能用了，還是找保潔阿姨刷開門，要是阿姨不在我又要下樓返回前台。 如果你是旅客，感謝你看到這裏，圖裡是我晚上把室內燈光全打開的實拍，希望你做明智選擇，這酒店給客人喂💩吃有一手的。

裝修恐怖風，馬桶沖不乾淨，水池和淋浴間下水下不去，洗個澡滿地水下不去！房卡通不了電，還是服務員查了個紙片解決的！早晨七點開始裝修，打牆，真是有史以來最差！

設施：設施老舊， 衞生：衞生一般 環境：環境一般 服務：服務差，前台服務好差，吊兒郎當的，當時是有免費升級房型的，但是酒店前台説要收費，無語到家。

酒店就在蘭州火車站的馬路對面，稍走一會就能看到。距離蘭州地鐵2號線要很近。酒店的房間不大但很舒適，前台的服務也很熱情。

出票也快，離火車站（蘭州站）很近。送礦泉水2瓶，早餐要是定的裏面沒有送，那就得額外➕30元/位。詳情裏面表明也很清楚。

説實話，幾年了，瑞達的軟硬件一直都不錯。每次出差的首選酒店怎麼突然變成這個樣子了呢？連起碼的布草一客一換都做不到，還談什麼服務。心裏都有陰影了，真的是！

客房挺高科技的，就是感應不是很好！其實好多人都沒接觸過這麼高科技的，操作，如果有操作指南就更好了！666！！

馬桶坐墊亂移，隔音一般，門鎖活動，房間裏充滿了歷史痕跡！不再考慮這家。這個價格還不如住民宿去

有窗無陽光，廁所玻璃門少一面，做不到乾濕分離。馬桶水壓不行，沖不下去。這個價錢也不太應該吧。
