這次住店體驗太差了，必須給差評！
房間的窗户隔音效果極差，外面馬路上車輛的嘈雜聲，行人的説話聲，聲聲入耳，嚴重影響休息，一晚上都沒睡好，第二天精神狀態糟糕透頂。
更讓人崩潰的是，早上想舒舒服服洗個熱水澡，結果水温低得離譜，大冬天凍得我直哆嗦，根本沒法正常洗漱。聯繫前台反映，問題也沒能及時解決。來酒店就是為了能好好放鬆休息，結果這體驗和花錢買罪受沒區別。希望酒店能重視這些問題，儘快改善，不然真的很難再吸引回頭客。

春節期間訂房也沒有加價很多，訂的親子房升級了一下，特別好，温馨、乾淨，最關鍵的是暖氣可以自由調控，不會熱得睡不着 ᖰ⌯'▾'⌯ᖳ

房間衞生乾淨整潔，下午6點多到的，前台小姐姐很熱情，很快就辦理了入住手續，而且給我們遊玩吃提的建議也很滿意。晚上要加被子，很快就送來了。很滿意，值得推薦。

房間比較老舊，設施設備老闆。我們訂的是家庭房，房間裏的衞生間還有一個台階，帶長者出來晚上擔心她起夜摔倒，太不安全了。希望要改進一下。不然哪天真的出點安全事故就麻煩了。

是個老牌的酒店，各方面配置，服務都不錯。早餐地方不大，但是種類還挺齊全。不過蘭州的自助早餐沒有蘭州牛肉拉麪，有點詫異。不過沒關係，周邊吃飯也很方便，涼粉，牛肉麪涼麪，烤串啥都有，分分鐘就到。

酒店位置便利，周邊吃的比較多，800米左右有個德元牛肉麪，人很多，好不容易找個桌子。酒店距離國芳、萬象城很近，購物方便。前台服務態度很好，免費升級了房間，十一黃金週200多元的價格真的超值。房間不大，是智能房，性價比還是很高的，唯有不足就是進房間總感覺有羊羶味，不過呆一兩分鐘就適應了，其他都很好，推薦入住！

酒店的設施齊全，衞生乾淨整齊，環境好，
服務人員貼心照顧，孩子也很喜歡這裏。
後面就是舊大街，當地人吃的蘭州拉麪，*馬子烤肉，吃的很方便，門口有公交車，樓後有停車場。
我出行一週了，換下來的臟衣服，都在酒店洗了！
下次來蘭州，還要住這裏。。。
