房間衞生乾淨整潔，下午6點多到的，前台小姐姐很熱情，很快就辦理了入住手續，而且給我們遊玩吃提的建議也很滿意。晚上要加被子，很快就送來了。很滿意，值得推薦。

是個老牌的酒店，各方面配置，服務都不錯。早餐地方不大，但是種類還挺齊全。不過蘭州的自助早餐沒有蘭州牛肉拉麪，有點詫異。不過沒關係，周邊吃飯也很方便，涼粉，牛肉麪涼麪，烤串啥都有，分分鐘就到。

酒店位置便利，周邊吃的比較多，800米左右有個德元牛肉麪，人很多，好不容易找個桌子。酒店距離國芳、萬象城很近，購物方便。前台服務態度很好，免費升級了房間，十一黃金週200多元的價格真的超值。房間不大，是智能房，性價比還是很高的，唯有不足就是進房間總感覺有羊羶味，不過呆一兩分鐘就適應了，其他都很好，推薦入住！

酒店的設施齊全，衞生乾淨整齊，環境好，
服務人員貼心照顧，孩子也很喜歡這裏。
後面就是舊大街，當地人吃的蘭州拉麪，*馬子烤肉，吃的很方便，門口有公交車，樓後有停車場。
我出行一週了，換下來的臟衣服，都在酒店洗了！
下次來蘭州，還要住這裏。。。

六年前帶着父母入住虹雲賓館，今年入住都有新驚喜，酒店環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔，服務貼心，讓人賓至如歸。酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心細緻的解決，尤其前台何佳憶、楊彬兩位小姐姐，態度熱情，禮貌助人讓我倍感親切，我對她們的服務表示由衷的感謝和高度評價。因為有你們的付出才讓我們倍感蘭州是一個有温度的城市，下次還會選擇你們！

在蘭州住了兩天，體驗不錯。這個酒店最大的優點是地段，去附近景區夜市商超都很方便。房間乾淨整潔，雖然臨街但晚上還算安靜。早餐方便足夠填飽肚子。因為孩子身高過1米2了，前台還多給了一份早餐卷，很人性化。停車場是收費的，不大，來晚了會沒有車位，不過保安會盡可能騰挪空位。特別要點讚的是自助洗衣機很乾凈，和早餐在一層，每天早上順路就把衣服洗了。總體來説適合家庭出遊，以後來蘭州還會考慮住這裏
