我這次來蘭州，本來衹定了一天。到了以後覺得酒店還挺好的，就果斷續住了一天。還沒入住之前，酒店的工作人員就很熱心的聯繫到了我們，給我們發送了酒店的具體定位。感受到了蘭州人民的熱情，來了之後發現酒店的位置也極佳，交通便利。距離各個著名的景點都很近，酒店安排的房間，朝的是小區，很安靜，佈局合理，衞生間乾淨整潔離店後還可以在酒店免費寄存自己的東西，很人性化，下次入住還會選擇這家酒店，非常推薦在蘭州旅遊的朋友們

房間有點小，但是該有的都有，整體就是乾淨利索。水池看起來有些老舊，內窗通風一般。距離安寧海關地鐵站步行七八分鐘，旁邊十分鐘步行可以去吾悦廣場。樓下有羊肉泡饃和羊肉鍋子都很不錯的飯店，位置很便利。服務員特別熱情和專業，早餐牛奶桶被奶皮堵住也是即可解決，前台還有免費贈送的眼貼。總體還是不錯的，最大的問題一是兩個門口都沒有緩坡，樓梯層級高不太友好行李箱。第二個問題就是隔音真的太差了，隔壁房間只是正常的一家三口交流，但是説話內容聽的一清二楚。希望店家可以更好優化。匆忙的假期提供了一份相對穩定的住宿可以滿意了，畢竟三百冒頭的價格還算可以。

差評送給十月一日下午13:40分左右為我辦理入住的女服務員。提供身份證查到訂單後，莫名其妙非要讓我微信掃碼關注才能辦理入住，問了幾次説不想掃碼關注註冊，請直接人工辦理，她就説不行。我強烈拒絕後她才很不高興的為我辦理了入住！説明還是人能辦啊，微信騙我註冊麼！很可笑！！
而且因為我沒有聽她安排，門卡丟給我連個紙套子都沒有！房號嘴巴説了一下，根本沒有體現在房卡上！故意整人麼！還好我老公記住了！
前台還有小禮物可以自取，有免費水果可以拿，她通通不提示，還是晚上回來別的客服説的，無語！
其他的不予評價，再好的酒店設施和服務我都不想記住，只有很差勁的前台！
衞生：一個單人床的床單上面好多油筆道，枕頭上有短髮，不知道是沒洗乾淨還是沒洗

房間乾淨，停車方便，樓下吃的都是當地有名的美食店，牛肉麪，羊肉串，漿水面，酒店贈送早餐也很豐富，洗衣服烘乾衣服方便，有一天人多，店員還幫我烘乾疊好等我耍了回來給我，走的時候忘記了防風衣也幫我快遞回來了，服務一流，非常棒！

房間很差，無窗户，窗户是假的。
前台服務幾乎為零，夏季自駕到蘭州中轉，遊客多，大家都排隊在大堂等待，處理事情速度極慢。
酒店自稱“私人停車場”，實際上就是酒店門口露天停車位，停車位數量少，車位擠，車輛多，難以找到車位，停好車也難以打開車門，容易被“開門殺”，停車場無保安指導停車。本地人第二天清早來隔壁麪館吃麪停車，會把停車場堵得水泄不通。
酒店早餐差，品種少。
