因為蘭馬自己早早的就預訂了這家老牌四星酒店，離蘭馬起點就3公里多點很方便，比賽當天騎車或者跑步過去都很便捷，早上還可以多睡一會兒，酒店的設施相對老舊，但是進到屋裡給人的感覺就是乾淨整潔，特別是還專門為我們遠道而來的跑馬人準備了暖心歡迎套餐（一個精緻水果盤、兩個牛奶、兩個酸奶、兩瓶礦泉水，還有一個專門給跑者的歡迎提示牌）。自己出門倉促沒帶刮鬍刀，一個電話到前台，不消片刻服務人員就送到房間了。對了，早上還有專門的跑者早餐，可惜我自己吃的泡麪。體驗確實很棒。下次再來蘭馬這裏就是定點酒店了！感謝酒店方面提供的貼心服務，太用心了！

1.房間老舊，發黴，地毯臟，房間煙味重，下水道異味溢出，房間通風不暢。
2.牆體隔音差、門窗隔音差；床墊硬邦邦，被子又沉又有味道，床單與被罩及枕頭很陳舊，床墊有噪音。
3.熱水水温不穩定，熱水有異味；電視老舊，操作複雜。
4.衞生間舊，看起來不衞生，浴缸臟。衞生間清潔不乾淨，衞生間有異味，衞生間燈光過暗，衞生間防滑措施不到位。
5.毛巾浴巾太硬，太久，太黑，牙刷質量差，牙膏差，洗浴用品質量差，一次性拖鞋太薄。

酒店服務還是很人性化的，蘭州今天下的雨，房間有點涼，問前台空調温度怎麼調高，前台回覆因為是中央空調，現在維護設備，要等一會。不一會兒，前台敲門送來一個電暖機，這個舉動讓人心裏一暖，能為客人着想，值得表揚。

服務很好。房間總體還算乾淨，帶設施些許陳舊，尤其衞生間內多處有黴點。地理位置距離地鐵較遠，但出門就有公交車，打車也很好找

號稱4星級酒店，各方面一言難了，第一天晚上11點多很多小孩在走廊打鬧，酒店管理不到位，房間衞生也是一塌糊塗，走廊很暗地毯上到處藏東西，四星級的停車場也也是垃圾得沒話説，看圖片就明白了
